Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value he was over charge and tried to use my credit cards a multiple times with out my permission. then he wanted to secure a lien on my property because all payments were pending on my credit cards accounts. And arguing with me now he wanted cash with all the pending credit cards payments.

I hired this service to clean two chandeliers and clean all the blinds. I told the two girls aI would be in the den with the dogs and just call if they needed me About an hour later me I came out and he they were in cleaning the kitchen. They called their boss and then he talked to me. He apologized and said he would send two men out today at 11. Never showed and never returned my call. All the texts I have are confirming the job and price so I don't understand the confusion. I did tip the girls for their trouble.

Used Eddie for two jobs. First job he did was great as far as installing brick pavers in my backyard. Second job was to install grass behind my lanai. He put in grass that has a yellow color for almost my whole yes and said I'd need to water for 3-5 days and color would come back. After watering regularly for 30 mins a day, some grass turned a little bit mostly still yellow.
I messaged Eddie and now he's saying 3-5 weeks for this. I'm the end all I want is my grass I paid for to look like grass but little ridiculous I have to be doing so much work to get something right when he should of just bought or waited to buy better sod!
