Carpet Wizard, Inc. will send only IICRC certified technicians to your home or business. With our company, you are paying for quality. Cleaning is accomplished following one of two methods, depending on your needs. The first is dry cleaning and the second is steam cleaning, using equipment mounted on a truck. A technician will determine which of these methods to use after evaluating your needs. All of the products we use are green, earth friendly, and biodegradable.If you are not satisfied with any service we have provided, we want to know. Carpet Wizard will not consider the job done until we have your approval. We provide the following services: carpet cleaning, including area and oriental rugs, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning, and pressure washing.

Gus was very friendly, fast and knew exactly what he was doing! He worked wonders on my carpet and brought it back to life which I didn't think could happen. I would definitely recommend him to any and everyone. If you want your carpets cleaned and stains removed Gus is the guy for the job I'm so happy and very pleased with my outcome!

Carpet Wizard is phenomenal! We just moved into a 4,358 square foot home and Gus and his team came in and did an excellent job cleaning everything. From tiles to carpet to windows to garages, etc. they clean it all. They did not rush the job, they took their time and effectively cleaned our home which we were very happy about. There were no strong chemical smells so the cleaning products they used were able to clean the home without having us breathe in any toxic chemicals.
They paid great attention to detail when it came to cleaning certain corners/ areas of the house. We were able to move in everything knowing that we had a nice clean space. We will definitely be calling back! Thank you to Gus and his wonderful team.

We have wall to wall carpet over hardwood and pad in the hallway and master bedroom. The carpet had not been cleaned for a few years and showed it. We had two concerns: that the hardwood wouldn't be water damaged by the cleaning, and that there be no fragrance or chemical smell after cleaning. Gus assured us he would use a minimum of water to get it clean and there would be very little smell afterwards.
He gave a reasonable quote, so we agreed and he got to work. There was no smell afterwards. We set up a number of fans, opened the windows, and after a few hours the carpets were pretty dry! By the next day, they were fully dry! The carpets look like new again!

Guz and his team did an outstanding job for me. I was moving out of my house and wanted to take care of cleaning the house, repairing the carpet, shampooing the carpet, wash the outside of the house, power wash drive way and walk ways and light clean the gutters of visible debris. Carpet Wizard was a one stop service that saved me ton of time in finding service providers for each and coordinating the timing between them.
The cleaning crew performed an outstanding job of cleaning all the cupboards, windows and even the rails of the sliding glass door. And Guz is very pleasant to work with. I give them A+ rating and highly recommend them.

Our family dog wasn't feeling well and made some pretty big and multiple messes all over the carpet. I called Carpet Wizard, I briefly explained what I needed, they called me back in less than 5 minutes to tell me the time they would be here and the cost. They arrived within 2 hours! And they were done in less than 20 minutes! Excellent service. Rodrigo and his daughters were polite and did exactly what we needed. Thank you Carpet Wizard!

1/14/19 - Gus and his cleaning crew came out to clean an older rental for me. The tenant was not happy with the cleaning, and neither was I. Carpets still had an odor after pet treatment and I had to call in another cleaning company, who said the treatment was never done. Re: cleaning, he used to have wonderful people cleaning for him. As of this past year, I was having to call him and his crew back several times and it was still not clean.
I am so sad, as I have used them for years. I had to pay twice to get the job done right and won't be using them again. So sorry to have to write this. I do not recommend.

Carpet Wizard really worked their magic in my daughters room. We had not had the carpet cleaned in a few years so it had heavy stains from lord knows what. They offer Sunday appointments which is wonderful, pricing was the best I could find. The owner is very honest and nice. When he saw my daughters carpet he said he may not be able to get all the stains 100% out but he would do his best.
Once he was done there was not a stain on the floor. I'm extremely happy with their work and definitely would use them again. Trust you won't be disappointed if you use them. They are a 5 star company!

My review is long overdue. I have used Carpet Wizard as my "go to" carpet are upholstery cleaning service for over 5 years. Gus and his team are friendly, reliable and fair. Before using Carpet Wizard, I tried to save money by renting those portable machines at supermarkets or Home Depot. They always ended up costing more in supplies, not to mention my time, the wear and tear on me and the carpets took days to dry. Gus uses a truck mounted systems that leaves the carpets dry in hours. And, the results are perfect!

Extremely happy with the service we received! We called looking for a last minute, same day service of an entire apartment (including 5 rooms and a hallway - dining room, two living rooms, and two bedrooms). On the phone we were quoted 28 cents to 35 cents per square foot depending on how soiled the carpets are. We ended up paying $225 for the entire apartment which is a great deal compared to other steamer services which quoted around $300-350.
He texted us when he was on his way and arrived when expected. The carpets had lots of dark spots, pet stains, and a big rust spot that we thought couldn't be fixed. However, at the end the carpets looked incredible, almost brand new. I wish I had taken before and after pics. Highly recommend this service! Thank you Carpet Wizards!

Very professional they showed up on time to help me repair some damaged carpet that had been destroyed by my kids pet rabbit, Thumper. I needed to get the carpet repaired in order to get my deposit back they charged me $100 less than their competitors and guarantee their work. Needless to say I was able to get my full deposit back thanks to the car Wizards and the professional demeanor you need anything cleaned or carpet repaired these are the guys they show up at your doorstep ready to fix you any issues you have I love these guys! They got my $1,500 deposit back the least thing I could do is let everyone else on Yelp know how great these guys are!

Reliable, does work as specified, owner is reasonable and cooperative. The whole cleaning staff worked hard all day (carpets, bathrooms, walls) to get everything clean for a rental. I would hire again before any other. If I had any quibble, some of the cleaning staff is not knowledgeable about the chemistry of cleaning, and used the wrong product on some tough stains.

Gus did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! We recently moved into a new home and there were pet hairs everywhere, even after continuous vacuuming. My daughter suffers from asthma and pet hair is an asthma trigger, which has been causing all kinds of health issues these past few days since moving in. Gus offered to use an anti-allergen cleaner. He then power vacuumed carpets and deep cleaned them.
He worked quickly and effectively, eventhough our townhome is a 3 story unit! He gave me a quote and was upfront from the beginning. I would definitely use them again and refer to friends and fam.

Used them to clean our vacant office since we have moved to a new location. I needed someone to come in that day and Carpet Wizard came in for the clutch! For it being such a short notice he was able to stay late for me, thank you Gus! He sent me before and after pictures and he did a fantastic job! The carpet looked brand new. Gus was very nice and quoted us a more than excellent price. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
