The most effective cleaning method is truck-mount hot water extraction. This is the preferred method by nearly all the world's largest carpet manufacturers including Shaw and Mohawk and is the method SPOTLESS Carpet, Tile and Upholstery Cleaning uses. This is the only method classified as "deep cleaning."Many of the other methods are considered "surface cleaning" because they are incapable of removing soil deep in the pile. Truck mount extraction equipment cleans much better than other methods because it heats the water to a higher temperature - which breaks up the dirt, bacteria, chemicals and pollens in the carpet. Then the machine uses high suction power to draw the dirt and chemicals out of your carpet.
Because of our techniques and our deep extraction truck mount equipment, we pick up most of the moisture we put down. Depending on the grade of carpeting, degree of soiling, the aggressiveness of cleaning necessary and air circulation, our drying time is approximately 4-6 hours.

We were very satisfied with Spotless Carpet. Rich was very professional and did a wonderful job on our carpet. He pre-sprayed spots and they were totally gone after he cleaned it. The previous carpet cleaner told us those spots would never come out, but Rich got them out! We will definitively use Spotless again and highly recommend them.

I had a large family birthday party for my 16 year old son at the end of January and of course, I always wait until the last minute to decide to have my carpets cleaned. I called on a Tuesday and they were there bright and early on that Thursday and cleaned all my carpets and stairs. BEST CHOICE I EVER MADE was to use Spotless! I have used several carpet companies over the years because I have 3 dogs and the carpets can get yucky.
They were beautiful and smelled wonderful. All my guest that came to the party on Friday commented on how nice the house smelled. I told them it was Spotless Carpet Cleaning. My carpets were beautiful! And the man that came was very pleasant and nice. I will use them again and strongly urge others to use them also!

I have had Spotless clean my carpets a couple of times now and will continue to use them. Both times, they were a little early, which is just fine by me - so much better than companies that keep you waiting! They were quick, thorough and very kind to my very curious toddler. I loved that they got my carpets so clean and that they dried relatively quickly - far faster than the other nationally known company I have used in the past. Highly recommended!

Spotless Carpet Cleaning is the best carpet cleaning service we have ever used. The prices are much better than Stanley Steamer who we used to use. We had quite a few stains from one of our dogs and they were able to not only get all the stains completely out, but the smell has stayed away since as well. I will definitely be doing business with them and I highly recommend them!
