Jim was so wonderful. I had a frustrating situation with pet odor and preparing for company, and I was so worried I could not get the carpet clean by anyone on such short notice. He made time for me and provided a wonderful service! I definitely recommend Jim. My home smells so much better now, and old carpet I thought was at the end of its life is shades brighter and definitely has years left now!

Jim did a wonderful job! Our carpet looks brand new! We had a house guest for a few weeks and they brought a dog that stained our carpet. Jim was able to get the potty stains out of the carpet and has our sectional looking good too! I recommend hiring New Life Carpet Care. We will definitely hire them again for any services needed in the future.

We moved into our new home and had our carpets cleaned by Jim and his assistant to remove the pet odors left behind. We couldn't be happier with the results! New Life did a fantastic job on our carpets! Jim was responsive and professional, the quote was very reasonable, there were no issues with scheduling, and the carpets look amazing. He cleaned and stretched them and they look brand new! Stains that had been in one room since we moved in (and I assumed were permanent after we'd tried to get them out) are completely gone. I wish we'd called Jim years ago. Highly recommend!

Jim was extremely kind and did an amazing job. We needed pet stains cleaned from our dog being sick and he had called ahead of time to explain that he will do his absolute best but there's no guarantee a stain can be removed completely if it dyed the carpet. Our carpets look brand new now and we can't even tell there was ever a stain! The communication and kindness was 10/10!

Jim was fantastic. My pup decided to take a chunk out of the carpet while I was at work one day but Jim patched it up great. Once the new carpet gets alittle dirty/worn like the rest it'll be less visible lol but it already blends in great. Posted pics of the before and after: Awesome service! Definitely recommend.

Jim at New Life Carpet was amazing! His communication was great and he got my area rug looking brand new! I never knew how dirty my rug was until it was cleaned by Jim. This is by far the best carpet cleaning business out there. The name says it all, New Life to your carpet! I was ready to replace my carpet, but due to expense, I thought I would try and have it cleaned again! Also, I have an older Maltese dog and she is having accidents. A family member referred me to Jim, the owner. I called to make an appointment, and he was able to give me an estimate the next day. The estimate was reasonable and included treating all my pet stains! My carpet looks and smells great. Thank you for an amazing job!
