They did a good job. They missed a few things that I had to go over (kitchen counter tops and backsplash, vacuuming carpet in closet, corners were full of dust bunnies) but for the most part they did a good job. they certainly cut my cleaning time by a lot. Would I use them again or recommend? Yes, but I'd give more direction and do a better inspection when they are finished (and not tip until I'd inspected). Hey, they are willing to work and let's face it-cleaning other people's homes can't always be pleasant. The girls were very nice and friendly!

CALL THEM FIRST! Very efficient and good cleaning crew. Helped fixed my fire alarms too and were very polite. Carpet shampoo crew was separate but very responsive and did a great job. They cleaned a carpet that I didn't think was even salvageable. They let me know up front what would have to be done. no surprises, got me promtly on their schedule, and they did a fantastic job. I was able to get an appointment right away with The Cleaning Guy. The ladies who came did a phenomenal job. I am immunocompromised and the lovely ladies had masks on and observed COVID protocol. For that I am grateful. My house is sparkling from top to bottom. I've gotten my house cleaned in the past by other companies, but the ladies who came today were clearly professional and very efficient in their work. Overall I had a very positive experience.

I have used the cleaning guy in our house for several years. They clean well and offer a fair price and anytime I have asked for something special to be done, they have been accommodating. I used two other Springfield services before this one and I found this one much better. Also, it has had the same owner, working hard, for many years. That says a lot in this business!

I ordered this service for my son who was moving out of his apartment. It was VERY last minute ( called at 11:30 AM for same day.) since he needed to vacate that day and was finishing his packing. I was given info re: costs and approx time to complete the cleaning. I live 4 hours from where this service took place so I was not able to observe the staff or completion.

My son seemed happy with what was done within about 2.5 hours with 3 people. He will provide his own review. I can only speak to the professionalism of my initial phone call.

I have tried contacting Jeff for about 2 months. My company was contacted for Jeff and The cleaning guy, Yet we are still owed money for work that has not been paid for. I received a message from this page stating that Jeff doesn't work here anymore. Although his call center that he uses says it is his number and he is still the current owner of this company.

I also asked the Admin of this page to give me a call since "Jeff" does not work here anymore. So that we can collect our payment. Not only were we taking advantage of. But he still will not answer the phone or send the payment that he owes. I will say if you are a contractor and he ask you do work for them. Be Very Careful of this company. Also be very Careful of Jeff Miller.

This company is totaling dishonest when representing what they are going to provide service wise. I hired them to clean the bathrooms, dust bedrooms, clean kitchen and clean floors. Their idea of dusting is dusting around any knickknacks, and not dusting knickknacks because they are too "nervous " to touch them. They clean your floors by spraying a cleaner on the floor and wiping it up with a mop.

This did a very poor job of cleaning the floor and left streaks. When I contacted the manager to express my displeasure he became very belligerent and told me I expected too much. If you want to pay out a lot of money for a poor job done, hire this company

Many no-shows yet attempted to bill for non-appearances. Quality of work was poor, as well. Our records show that you cleaned our office going back to at least 2010.

This company is a JOKE! I had an appointment for them to give me an estimate (1 time) and an appointment for them to clean twice.they were "no shows" each time. Previously I used Magic Maids. I had no problems with that company. Apparently the 2 companies merged? Terrible p. r. For Magic Maids. Don't know how The Cleaning Guy makes any money! One star is being generous.

100% agree with Dusty's review. They initially started at my place 4hr job by 2 people (as agreed during the inspection) and after 4-5th cleaning term they made each appointment lasts for an hour by a single person. This happened week after week and they took our account for granted and started showing up at their own time. Sometimes, they didn't even show up at all. Coming to their work.

I can assure you that one will NOT be satisfied no matter what. Really crappy job and this is a big scam. Only advice I provide is NOT to fall for all false promises by this owner/guy who visits your place for inspection and most importantly don't just judge their work by checking out their first couple of weeks' work alone.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all when they cleaned our house they didn't clean what was asked. I figured we would give them a second chance which we did. The next time they broke a vase, and knocked out claw foot tub off of its feet because they tried to move it to clean behind it. This caused it to leak. I contacted the owner to have them fix the problem, which he advised was not his problem and did nothing.

We made a complaint with the better business bureau, and he advised he would send out a insurance rep to look at the issue. Well he lied and never sent anyone. So patrons beware!

Poor Customer Service, Misses Appointment Times and Poor Workmanship. The owner of the company is unorganized when it comes to scheduling. He believes in having his workers show up when ever he can make it work in the schedule. My husband took 3 half days off of work to meet the workers for cleaning windows. The first two scheduled times no one from the company showed up during the time frame the owner promised. Finally, the workers showed up on the third appointment that was scheduled.

The work that had been "completed" was horrible. There were still bugs on the windows, cobwebs in the window sills and the glass was streaky. After sending pictures to the owner, he came for a fourth time to clean the windows. They still did not look that great. I was tired of fighting it and rescheduling appointments. After the fourth appointment, the work should have been fabulous.

I refused to pay the bill and the owner thought it would be a good idea to file a complaint through small claims court. He expected me to pay $108 for his companies bad service, poor workmanship, and my husbands lost time from work. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Find another cleaning service. I promise you will be much happier with a Merry Maids type of service than "The Cleaning Guy".
