We were moving and needed our carpets deep cleaned as our children did not do the best job in taking care of them. I feared that we might have to replace our carpets as they were in rough shape. Fortunately, Tim did an OUTSTANDING job and was able to clean almost all stains in order to make the carpets look good again. Tim was extremely thorough, polite, on-time, and very friendly. They were not the cheapest company around but in my opinion, you get what you pay for and they were the best! Great job to Northstar Restoration Services!

We called NorthStar Restoration after fire/smoke damage occurred in our home. We had a different company in our home at first that did a horrible job. I called NorthStar Restoration and met with Al and felt very comfortable and confident with their ability to do the job correctly after our conversation. I had another meeting with Al and Michelle and the insurance adjuster for a plan to have our home restored with there deep cleaning process and to eliminate the smoke smell. Michelle and a crew of 5 other cleaning technicians showed up at our home and stated cleaning.

The crew was extremely professional, friendly and enjoyed being around my dog. Michelle checked in with me each day to see if there were any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed from us. Jeane and and I were extremely satisfied with not only the service that was provided but also with the cleaning technicians, Michelle, Al and the company they represent. Thank You! Jerry

We had a basement flood during a winter storm the week before Christmas due to a power outage which meant no sump pumps. I called Northstar and was completely relieved when I talked to them. They helped through the whole process. We were given options that were in our best interests and cost effective. They came out the same day to help with an industrial dehumidifier and gave support in working with the insurance company on the claim. Because of Northstar, we had a smooth clean up process, insurance claim and got our basement dried out and house back in order by the holiday!

NorthStar is the best of the best. I had them clean my carpets and they looked brand new when they were done. Everyone I've interacted there from techs to managers exhibit true passion for what they do.

I was very pleased with the service I received from North Star Restoration. Definitely worth a five star review. Chris was on time (5 minutes early). He quoted me a time of an hour and a half to complete the work. He completed the upholstery cleaning in an hour and twenty minutes. The furniture looks and smells great. He was kind and professional. Well worth the money.

Critical: Professionalism Job was bid and planned. Guy did a walk thru prior to work starting. Scope was well defined. 2 guys showed up the day the work was to start and one guy got upset he couldn't have a bottle of water walking thru our plant. Packed up and left. Do not recommend. Very professional, on time, and as promised. NorthStar did a roofing job on our house and it was great. They were very fast, and everything was cleaned up, no nails or pieces of shingles in the yard after the tear-off. Highly recommend NorthStar and our contact John Garcia.

Karissa and Tim were fantastic. We had a major remodel project go long and had to reschedule multiple times. Karissa was understanding, responsive and super accommodating.
