So I used the maid services this company offers again. The team came when they said they would. Did a phenomenal job cleaning the house and was super friendly and nice. Thumbs up for sure! From the first time I used their services, they became my go-to company for all my cleaning needs! Great people! Don't hesitate to give them a call!

-I've used Walo MAids service for the past 2 months now and I'm very happy with the service they provide us. Tina is the lady that comes over every two weeks, she does and awesome job! I have about 1800 sq. ft. home, no children two small dogs. I hired Walo Maids with the recommendation of my neighbor, and I'm totally happy we did! Tina is the person I text call with and she's always been professional with me. I look forward to every other Wednesday!

I have been living in my duplex for about 2 years. It's a very old building. The team came in and they cleaned every nook and corner. Amazing. They were very kind and courteous and the place smells amazing. I will use them again and again and highly recommend.

My experience has been great! The service is very professional with quick booking, set price with no hidden fees, and flexibility for date change. The cleaner Silvia was more than amazing, and done a wonderful job.

-Bought a house for the wife. Needed to be cleaned before anything got moved in. After the ladies were done my wife went by and man did she do some raving about how wonderful everything was. She even sent me plenty of pictures. She really loves the way the hard wood floors shine. The stove was a mess on the inside and I could see the shine from the pictures. Thanks again for making her so happy. Will be calling you guys back from time to time just to give her a break.

Didn't show up at the agreed time, 5 people showed up but they stayed for only 45 minutes cleaning, didn't even move a light coffee table to vacuum a rug, and charged extra because the house was too messy. They did mop floors, clean dishes, sink, organize things, sweep, clean toilets, shower, etc

-Due to my busy schedule, I decided to book this cleaning service on an ongoing basis every month. So far I had 3 cleanings and I decided to leave a review. Very consistent and their staff is always so nice and awesome. I love WaloMaids

The ladies at walo maids cleaning came by and transformed my apartment in such a short time. It was such a good feeling to see all the detail work they did to get all the dirt and grime out of there. And the best part is, they did it for a truly reasonable price. I am certainly going to bring them back to do regular upkeep at my apartment. This was actually the first time I hired cleaners for an apartment ever and I was so pleased. Doing a deep clean on your own place can be so stressful and time consuming.instead, hire this crew. I was able to sit back and enjoy some morning World Cup matches while they took care of my place. I am truly thankful for the great job they did!

My first experience with having my home professionally cleaned. I could not have been more thrilled! The attention to detail was phenomenal and the price was very reasonable. HIGHLY recommend!

Walo Maids has proven to be the best cleaner we have ever had! They do a wonderful job and do a lot of the little things that most cleaners wouldn't touch, like wash cups and mugs lying around the office. We have a little over 5,000 sq feet of class A Office space and they keep it spotless. Tina provide great customer service and is easy to talk to. I highly recommend them.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I contacted Walo Maids to get a new home cleaned before move in (it was cleaned upon the sellers move out however it needed a little bit extra - specifically the bathrooms and cabinets). I called and spoke to Justin, he gave me a reasonable price and was able to send cleaners out within a few days. As soon as I started moving in I noticed the cabinets had not been wiped down (there was still dust sitting), so I contacted Justin again and he sent someone out 2 days later to rectify the issue.

I continue moving stuff in and continue to find places that were not cleaned. I contacted Justin and send him pictures of the issues and he put me on the schedule again. This time, the cleaners did not show up. So I contacted Justin that evening and he told me he scheduled me on the wrong day. I then requested a refund due to the multiple mistakes on their part and the hassle. Justin offered a 10% refund or said I would have to wait until the following week for the cleaners to come so I said if I clean it and show you these stains can be removed will you issue a full refund, he said NO.

He agreed to a 20% refund. Over a week later I contacted him and stated I had not received a refund and he said he apologized and said he would contact the bank. This is over a month later and I have yet to receive a refund. This is after me sending him before / after pictures of random places not being cleaned. I heard / read great reviews about this company and was so excited to use them to take the hassle off cleaning myself while I was moving. I ended up losing my money and still having to clean the house myself. Justin will just tell you what you want to hear to secure your money. The service was less than poor.

You will not find a better service than this. I've used them a bunch (and still do) including a move out clean and organizing services. They are affordable, professional, and leave your home looking, smelling, and feeling amazing!

I've used WaloMaids several times now and have been highly impressed with the results. I will use them again in the future. They do great work!

Grasi and Daisy are amazing! They did a fantastic job cleaning my entire apartment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a cleaning service.

Hired service to clean my townhouse and steam clean my carpet before my new baby arrived and was displeased to find out the list of items the maids DO NOT clean. The cleaning they did was as good as the cleaning I do myself (basic cleaning of common areas), but I expected the "Deep Clean" (windowsills, walls, garbae cans, shower walls, etc.) which is what this company offers.

Not true at all. Carpet cleaner came at 2:00 p.m. which did not meet the 8:00 a.m. - noon timeframe initially selected when I booked my service. He also did not do a great job cleaning the spots on carpet. So that was an inconvenience to my day, and felt like a waste of money. Spoke to Manager and not much help was offered to increase my customer satisfaction. Would not recommend.

Do not use this company to clean your couch. They ruined a couch of mine. I had the unfortunate case of having the couch cleaned before it went into a storage unit that was an inside A/C controlled unit. I saw the streaks all over the couch and they said it was the water solvent they use and it will go away once the couch dried. I will admit it was my fault for taking their word as I had to immediately get the couch into storage after it was cleaned.

I just pulled it out the other day and those streaks are still there. I cannot get them out. It had been year since the appointment so the company can't insure it. I offered to produce the store unit receipts backing up to the date of the original purchase to verify my story. Plus, I'm an interior photographer and have photos of the couch before it was streaked. Meta data on the pictures to prove the dates.

They didn't even try to work with me. I will fault myself for not double checking. However, if you have to double check a company's work, they definitely aren't worth their services.
