I think the person who wrote that one star review has the wrong company. I have been using this company for 7 years and they are nothing short of amazing! And there is no one name "Brook" working there. This company will set up a personalized plan to fit your needs. They are very reliable, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I also use them to clean my carpets once every 6 months and a deep clean my house once a year. They are extremely hard workers and strive for excellence and customer satisfaction. Every. Single. Time.

Jazmen came and looked over our house and helped us form a plan for cleaning. The price she quoted, we thought was very fair and consistent with our budget and so Northwest cleaning services has been cleaning our home for over a year now.
