I appreciate how timely, flexible, and straightforward Be Clean was. They tried to work with me on their arrival time, and the technician called me when he was able to come. He offered to come earlier, but that did not work with my schedule. Instead he was most flexible in arriving when I was able to leave work and meet him. John, the technician was very knowledgeable and upfront about everything. I all the information that he offered me and his professionalism. I will definitely be contacting them for future needs.

Amazing company. I have dealt with carpet cleaners in the past and this by far is the best. The technician took time to show and explain the different options and he was so quick but very thorough. The next day my carpet started "wicking" (through no fault of BeClean) and they came back asap to touch it up free of charge. They are affordable and professional. They also offer carpet patching and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

James helped me out and he was professional and willing to help on all levels. I followed the little instructions given to me through email, such as: pick up little items from floor and vacuum beforehand. It makes for a better clean overall. In the end, it only helps you as a customer, get the best clean for your buck. Also, James cleaned 3 rooms, a little hallway, and the stairs in a decent time frame.
I don't know the exact time but it was like less than an hour I believe. The price is not bad either. All that for less than $200. Pricing varies of course, but I recommend BeClean. 100 percent! Oh and the dry time is about 2 hours.
