Commercial Cleaning & Restoration has been a huge help in our bathroom water damage project. There was an awful smell in the bathroom and baseboards were popping off and the grout seemed to always be wet. Then the shower grout started popping out of the walls and the tile began to crack! They got out there with air scrubbers and and cleaned out all of the debris with signs of rust and mold damage. In the process termite damage was found and they took care of that damage too.

This company is amazing. The team is professional, quick to respond and know what they are doing. My mother had a leak in her laundry room from a washer. Water was everywhere. We've been happy with our carpet cleaning services from Commercial Cleaning & Restoration for over six years now. They also cleaned our tile and grout, and did an excellent job. This time we had them stretch some carpet in three rooms, where it had eased and wrinkled due to poor installation - and this old carpet looks like new again! The team at Commercial Cleaning and Restoration is great! They are responsive, honest and understand that it's inconvenient to have water damage not to mention to repair water damage. They had people out the same day and they were quick and accurate with the estimate and as an out of state owner kept me informed of everything the whole way through and answered all of my questions. They worked with my tenant's schedule to get the repairs done and did a great job!
