Repeat customer. I have taken many vehicles prior to selling them and on a few occasions where a clean vehicle was desirable. The individuals that I have dealt with at Elite Shine have always went above and beyond expectations and have left a refreshed "new car" feel, even from well weathered vehicles!

Having used their services on my own vehicle, I took my daughter in laws' car there as a Valentines' Day gift. I was most disappointed in the quality of service. I purchased the $35 special. Upon pick up I opened the door to check and the car had NOT been vacuumed nor had the interior been wiped, and dust was everywhere. I pointed this out and the young lady quickly attempted to rectify the problem by re-doing ( or doing it the first time) or so I thought.
On the way home I had reason to push back the passenger seat- NOTHING has been touched at all. So I stopped at the regular old car wash, spend a few more bucks and vacuumed the car floors AND wiped down the dashboard and sides. I was SO disappointed! I will not use them again or recommend their services to anyone. Even after pointing out what was not done--according to the list on the special---she did not come over to look at the rework of her employee and apologize for the poor performance.
