The young man who came clean my carpet was incredibly helpful, and from the second the transaction began on the phone his superior customer service was evident. When he came to do the job he was very organized and patient with myself and my roommates, and while the area that needed cleaning was small, he meticulously inspected every inch of the carpet to ensure that he had done satisfactory work.
