Pinnacle Eco Clean

Our dining and living room carpet had not been cleaned in 21 years. They came out beautifully! We were very impressed with being given a professionally though out information packet as well. We are very pleased customers!

I hired pinnacle two weeks ago to come out and steam clean our upstairs which is carpeted along with the stairs. They were installed 3 years ago and haven't been steam cleaned since being installed. They look brand new again and all of the high traffic areas were restored. The two techs who came out were very friendly and courteous, and gave me some tips for maintenance until the next time they are needed. I'll be using them again without question.

What a pleasure! My carpets look great even though David ( a delightful gentleman) did warn me that the carpets are old and to bear that in mind when assessing the outcome! I was so impressed with whole experience from setting up the appointment to saying good bye. I will be setting up another appointment for more carpets to be cleaned in the near future

Pinnacle Eco Clean is the best! They have cleaned the carpet on stairs and hallway. Beautiful job! Over the past five plus years, I've also had them clean my Karastan area rugs. The rugs look like new each time. Everyone is so friendly and very professional. Highly recommend Pinnacle Eco Clean!

From start to finish I was very impressed. The building is very clean and smells good. The employees are cheerful and quick to help you. My rugs were ready in a short amount of time. The texture of my rugs felt softer and smelled fresher than the other company I had been using in Rochester for many years. I am paying more than the other rug cleaning company but Pinnacle Echo Clean does a much better job it's worth every penny and I feel very safe going there. They sell a Hit the Spot Green rug cleaner and when I have run out of it often they have given it to me for free. How rare is that?

My experience with Pinnacle Eco Clean has been THE most positive and rewarding of any I have had with businesses in the Rochester area. I want to be thorough in this review, so **tl;dr** Pinnacle is an outstanding local business in both the services they provide and their customer interaction. We hired them for duct cleaning and carpet cleaning, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

After purchasing a new home in West Henrietta and realizing the previous owners had a black lab and left the carpets pretty thick with hair and odor (my wife and I have dog allergies!), I contacted Pinnacle to see what they could do. Out of 4 or 5 carpet cleaning services I filled out online requests with, Pinnacle was the ONLY one to contact me back, and did so early Monday morning after using their online contact form on Sunday. Katherine at the office provided outstanding customer service to get a carpet cleaning scheduled within a week of our expected close date.

When a called a few days later to inquire about their other services, the owner, Kevin, let me know that they offered full air duct cleaning as well! Given that it was clear the previous owners had never cleaned the furnace in the house, let alone the ducts, and how bad our allergies can get with dust, I was immediately sold. We were actually able to get next-day service scheduled for the ducts, ahead of our carpet cleaning. Kyle and Will arrived bright and early the next day with some SERIOUS equipment to do a full duct cleaning and sanitization, a dryer vent cleaning, and furnace and AC cleaning.

They worked the entire day, and when they were done the difference was unbelievable. While my wife and I had previously been taking Claritin every morning to get by in the house with our allergies, the moment Will and Kyle left, we took off our face masks, and without having had a Claritin that day, could breathe fully with no sniffles at all, as long as we weren't in the area that had heavy dog odors!

I cannot recommend this service highly enough, we would not have been able to function the same way in the house without it. The following week Pinnacle returned to clean our carpets and did an outstanding job, cleaning every piece of carpet in the house. Kyle, who was there again for the carpet cleaning, mentioned that with the heavy black lab smell in one room, to contact them back if it persisted after a few days. Lo and behold it did, plus we did discover some dog hair remaining in the upstairs bedroom carpet where it had been ground in.

I contacted Pinnacle and, free of charge, they returned to thoroughly vacuum and re-clean the areas with hair, and use a much stronger deodorizer in the room with the dog smell. Now, 2 weeks later, we could not be happier with the state our carpets are in! Overall, Pinnacle provided a very reasonable price for their services, including the fact that they comp'd the price of a dryer vent cleaning as a thank you for doing so much business with them, and we were thoroughly impressed with their expertise, professionalism, and customer service. 5/5! This is not related directly to Pinnacle's services, but is another huge part of why I recommend them so highly. During a phone interaction with Kevin, the owner, I inquired about a whole-house cleaning so we weren't moving in on top of the previous owner's dust and dirt -- not knowing that Pinnacle does not provide general cleaning services. Kevin did recommend the use of a local cleaning company that he had done business with before -- but explicitly asked me to tell him what I thought of their services, as he did not want to be recommending companies that his customers did not have a good experience with.

After an extremely negative experience with the other cleaning company, I called Pinnacle to let them know, and they were very receptive to my feedback, and ensured me they would no longer be recommending this other company to their customers. It is clear to me that Pinnacle truly values and respects their customers, and is willing to back up what they say completely!

The company came today to clean some furniture and the basement stairs. Some of these items/places I had cleaned on my own at one point with an at home shampooer. Let me tell you that the job the at home shampooer did verses Pinnacle is night and day. The bar stools look brand new. The shampooing of the furniture included the back and outside of the pieces I had cleaned which was an awesome surprise. I will definitely keep Pinnacle Eco Clean in mind if/when I need area rugs cleaned as well as any tile and grout.

My aunt gave me a HUGE oriental rug that belonged to my grandmother for my brand new apartment. Unfortunately, it had been in the attic a very long time and smelled musty and old, the odor was overwhelming. My aunt found Pinnacle and I am so happy she did! They were professional and accommodating from start to finish. Jordan and Kyle picked up the rug and when it was finished they personally delivered it to my third floor apartment and helped me set it up.

I also was so pleased with Katherine (who I spoke with on the phone) who scheduled the delivery with me. I cannot recommend this company enough. My rug smells and looks great and I am so grateful they helped me set it up. I could not have done it on my own! Thanks Pinnacle!

I have used Pinnacle for rug cleaning for years. They are prompt and reliable for pickup and delivery, and the rugs look wonderful when they are done. My experience with Pinnacle was superb! My slipcover was linen/silk for my Shabby Chic sofa, and it was soiled and had to be cleaned. They came to my home and gave me their professional thoughts on the process as well as a cost estimate. They took it to their facility, and it came out perfectly! It looks like new! They are the only cleaner of Fine Textiles I will work with, without reservation. Wonderful people!

I am extremely pleased with the quality of the cleaning and the accommodating service. I brought in rugs that had not been cleaned for some time and were in various states of despair. Pinnacle Eco Clean has been wonderful with assisting in fixing one of the carpets that had color bleeds from self-service carpet cleaning. Ultimately the rugs looked beautiful of afterward.

We have been using Pinnacle for over five years. They have always done an excellent job cleaning carpets. But more than that, I appreciate their friendliness, excellent character, and the above and beyond service they provide (very respectful of our home, our furniture, our time) At today's visit, they were running ahead of schedule so even kindly called to see if I'd like them to come earlier.

I had Pinnacle Eco Clean come yesterday to shampoo my wall to wall carpet. I had a dog who had issues with her paws cracking and bleeding and had made a mess of the carpets walking around. They arrived on time, finished in a timely manner and did a great job! My carpet looks sooo much better. They were both very pleasant! I would definitely recommend them!
