Hand-I-Maids has been caring for our home for several months now. Communication with the office is great. Frances does a wonderful job every other week and really knows how we live and work, paying attention to the areas that mean the most to us. For quality, value, and friendly service they really can't be beat.

HORRIBLE and Unacceptable! I was lied to about the pricing as I was advised the charge would be $45/hour when in reality they charge per MAN hour. Piss poor cleaning job. They cleaned off a ceiling fan and left all of the dust on my couch along the with a shoe print from where they stood on my furniture. They took things out of my bathroom to clean and just LEFT them in my bedroom. Makes They left a a few hours ago and I am vacuuming behind them. I would LOVE to know what they did for 3 hours because I feel like I just flushed $180 down the (still dirty) toilet. Waiting to hear back from management.

Love using their services! Have used them for cleaning our brand new house in preparation of moving in and then continuing with monthly cleaning of certain areas in our house. From the staff in the office to the gals who come to the house, everyone is wonderful, kind and helpful. Everything we asked to be completed was done beyond our expectations. If you are considering calling, do it. You will not be disappointed.
