You guys cleaned my home on 4-16. I just returned last week and I wanted to let you know that my carpet, even after one week of walking on it it still looks beautiful. I appreciate the great job you guys did thank you so much.

This was the third time that we used them for carpet cleaning services. We continue to use them because they always do a great job.

Steamex did a wonderful job today cleaning my two area rugs. I had a few spots on one of them (child spilled her latte!) and he was able to get them all out. Looks absolutely fabulous! They responded to my Yelp message very quickly and we were scheduled out just a few days. They arrived during the window of time promised.

I hired Steamex to come and clean up the remains of the cow poop on our property with the horse radish being put inside the glass jar after the fact that the pig would go bonkers with the pork sitting right next to him. Thank you SteamEx you guys are brilliant

My dog puked on brand new carpet and also tracked his paws all over it three weeks after we moved in. I called Chris on MEMORIAL DAY and he just landed from a family vacation and came over within an hour to clean my carpets. It only took him an hour and they looked brand new again. I will certainly use him for regular cleaning moving forward. Not to mention his was priced great.

Wow, wow, wow. We hired Steamex after reading their Yelp reviews. Believe what you read here because these folks are the real deal. They did a fantastic job on our carpets and I immediately booked them to come back and clean our travertine floors. Night and day. Seriously. Family owned and operated, old-school hard work ethic. On time, spent about as much time here as they estimated, and the results are better than I expected. I would 100% use them again and I highly recommend them. And they didn't even ask me to leave this review.

This was our first time using Steamex. Chris did a fantastic job on our area rug and two arm chairs. The area rug is 10 yrs old and had never been cleaned. Same for the arm chairs. Now they all look like brand new! We highly recommend Steamex.

Very good service! They were able to squeeze me in between jobs, and did excellent work. They also beat their time estimate on cleaning, and the price was exactly as quoted (I knew very closely as to the size of the rooms to be cleaned). Definitely give them a call, I don't think you'll find better.

Steamex Carpet Cleaning does an AMAZING job! They are perfectionists, on time, super friendly & provide the BEST customer service! I have used cheap carpet cleaning companies in the past - you know, the $25 a room company. They got the carpets looking "better", but told me that high traffic areas, etc. will never come out. Steamex was recommended to me by a friend and I'm soooooooooo glad I took their advice.

I trusted Steamex and bit the bullet to pay a little more and it was more than worth it! They got out every single stain and high traffic mark that the other company could not. The carpets look NEW again. They even come back a week later to make sure that everything is spotless. This is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for". I will never waste my money on inexpensive or coupon carpet cleaning services again. It is a family owned business that CARES and I HIGHLY recommend them!

I wish I took before and after pictures! I had very little hope of the carpets not being replaced but Chris said he could clean them and THEY'RE LITERALLY AS GOOD AS NEW! He and his daughter showed up on time (which is a very nice added bonus) and within a few hours I was shocked at how great the results are. This is a family owned company and they clearly care about the customer. I am scheduling my tile to be cleaned next week, I wish I had done it today!

Outstanding job, as always! We've used Steamex annually for 5 years and will continue to do so. They are timely, professional, polite and very effective. Super friendly and helpful staff! They call every year to see if we need them and it's one of the only reminder calls I don't mind getting. Now our carpets are nice and fresh for the season of guests!

They did a incredible job steam cleaning our 3 bedrooms, family room sectional and tile floors today. This is a great family run business and I recommend them to all of you!

So when I use yelp I contacted as many businesses as possible. I get lots of quotes and narrow it down. I failed to have Chris come out with an estimate. It ended up being a little bit more. This was totally my fault. He came and did such a great job on my tile. It looked so clean and shinny and I am well pleased. Also his price was better than anyone else. He is a very professional and personable man. I stopped and showed me things about the tile that I didn't know. Chris is the best of the best!

We were referred to Steamex by our Realtor. They were friendly from our first call to the last house. They showed up on time, and explained the charges before starting. They took time during each phase to explain what they are doing and why it is done I this manner. A company that takes the time to not just show you what is happening, but to educate you is one focused on doing the best job possible.

Our new home's previous owners had pets and the carpet looked and felt clean. The team from Steamex pulled out a lot of pet hair and even changed the color of the carpet. (The carpet was not actually dark brown) It looks amazing and feels even better than before. The house we moved out of had four years of high traffic marks. This carpet was between the garage and kitchen and saw all of our traffic.

We believed that nothing was going to get that area clean. Steamex proved us wrong. Not only did it come clean, but they made the carpet look as though it was a newly installed. They are amazing at what they do and have the years of experience to get the carpets clean. Their may be other cleaners in the valley, but why risk having to pay twice?

I need it a carpet cleaning company for while. I did some research and I made few calls, left vm. The only company answered me is steamex. Florence is very nice and very professional, she answered all my questions with no bother or hesitating. She scheduled me for free estimation Chris showed up explained the process and the prices. He took his time with no complains.

Today Chris and another gentleman cleaned my house carpet, they were on time, so polite and professional. Their price is very fair. I highly recommend this company. For sure I will use their services again. Thank you for your hard work

Steamex is my go-to for carpet cleaning services! Steamex can make your carpets look and smell SO MUCH BETTER! Quality is above standard and carpet results are long lasting.

We used Steamex's services to clean all of the carpets and tile floors shortly after moving into our home. Our realtor referred us to Steamex (used to be based out of Chandler?). The previous homeowners left the tile floors disgustingly dirty, despite us mopping them ourselves! The bottoms of our white socks were filthy! The wife and I needed professional help! Overall, the quote was reasonable, and the day of service was scheduled promptly, even with our home being far from their "normal" service area.

The job was thorough, and techs Bret and Alberto did a good job. Overall, the carpets were decent, except for the high-traffic areas (hallways and stairs) which had much dirt pulled up. The tile and grout was pressure-washed/scrubbed and then sealed. The results could be seen, as the tile looked 100x better and the bottoms of our white socks were no longer dirty!

WOW! STEAMEX IS AWESOME! I'm a very picky person when it comes to my home and hard to please. Chris and his team met every expectation and more. From the very first call to having him do my dining room chairs after I saw what a great job he did on the carpet made this company well worth the money and deserves every bit of the five stars I gave them.

Steamex does not treat their employees fair. They cheat them out of pay. The office manager likes to change schedules without notifying employees. Another thing the office manager does is set-up employees using her friends to be really rude to employees once they arrive to do their job. SO STOP USING THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE VERY UNFAIR TO THEIR EMPLOYEES!
