I have been quite happy with Carnation cleaning services. The only reason I did not given them five stars is because sometimes they cannot come at the appointed time and we try to get out of their way when they are cleaning our home. They are always courteous and friendly. I would recommend them highly. Services: Cleaning, Standard cleaning

I literally have gone through every cleaning team that they have. I had nothing but issues with the work completed with the exception on one team who is no Longer with them. I sent pics and videos of the problems. Female owner is exceptionally rude and will talk over you with her know it all attitude. Save your money and keep looking for another company!

It was easy to contact them. Staff was friendly. I requested a deep cleaning of my home. After the initial visit, I had to request them come back to take care of issues that weren't taken care of. Window seals, chandelier, baseboards behind doors. I paid $625 and I feel that for that price there shouldn't be dirt anywhere. Even after they came back there were still places throughout my house I was not completely satisfied with ( especially the walls, they didn't wipe them down in all rooms). I hired this company because of their reviews but I cannot say that I recommend their performance.

I would recommend Carnation Cleaning to anyone! They came to our house and completed a standard cleaning in a couple of hours, way faster than I could, and at a reasonable price. I used Carnation today for the first time. Gwen did AMAZING job for having to clean my house by herself. She was a pleasure to conversate with super professional and thorough in cleaning! Team Willow, spectacular! Always on time. They do a fabulous job cleaning our house. Each time at the end of each cleaning they leave something special around the house. A special personal touch. Today, there was a flower on the kitchen counter. Last time a happy smiley face on the toilet paper roll in our daughters bathroom. They treat cleaning our home like it was their own. Caren and Nilka were excellent. They showed up on time, put on special shoes for inside the house and were professional and friendly. They were quick and efficient while still finding time to do little extras like remaking my kids beds (yes! I loved that!) and wiping down the floorboards in the bathrooms. They worked very hard to make sure my glass shower was spotless. I was very comfortable having them in my home. I've enjoyed my entire experience with Carnation. I would highly recommend.
