We've successfully cleaned 6, 500+ carpets in homes and businesses in the Reno Area. Technicians complete continuing education classes, and are certified by the Bane-Clene Institute, which trains and certifies operators from around the world. In 2001, it became the FIRST industry school to earn the Carpet & Rug Institute's Seal of Approval.

Garrett came in on an "emergency situation" on a Sunday afternoon (4 children under the age of 6 finger painted our light beige carpet with concentrated, culinary food dye paste. He was courteous, very quick to respond to our call, and I still can't believe that we have no residual at all! Thanks again!
