The cleaners left coffee in the coffee maker, a vaper pen and didn't fold the clothes. When speaking to the owner she said they don't do these things. I got a bad review from my guest. In additon they turned off the AC switch and I didn't have any AC in the unit until we hired a contractor to come out and check into this. It's pretty upsetting that they didn't offer me a refund for how sloppy they did with their cleaning.

I've been using their service for over 2 years in Conroe. The office staff, Ashley Johnson, has been very prompt on communication and their service is very on time. If they have new hired staff the quality control staff will come visit and double check all the areas for any missed spot. Today's crews were Xiadany and Marlen. They did a good job and did their best in paying attention to areas such as corners and ceiling. Thanks Ladies!

They define a Deep cleaning as a dust, vacuum, wipe down, and very little scrubbing. They did just an okay job at that. They charge Deep cleaning prices for a okay quick cleaning. Had to clean spots off our hardwood floors and dusted where they missed. Service: Deep clean

It's the third time I use their cleaning service. My house has 3122 sqfts, and they sent three maids to clean our house. Usually, there were only two people. The maids showed up on time, did a great job! Even beyond my expectation! Maids and Moore deserve a extra star for their service! I'll definitely use them again! Super recoomend!

My first experience with this company was a 5 star experience. My second experience was zero stars. I guess that averages out to 2? The cleaners were literally in my house and cleaning for 20 minutes before they suddenly said they had to reschedule. They packed up and left. That was a week ago. Nobody has called to reschedule.

I scheduled a deep cleaning for the new house, after moving in, and they did a great job. They arrived on time, took about 3 hours for a 2-floor 1400 sq foot house, and did a really good cleaning. There were two ladies who started on the first floor, then moved to the second floor. We had a case of water on the kitchen counter - they even put the waters in the fridge!

They even cleaned the electric toothbrush holder. Everything just looked great, including the details. I emailed them to get a quote for what a recurring cleaning looks like, pricewise. For this deep cleaning, it was $387, including the add-on for the inside and outside of the fridge. The only negative thing I would say is they send way too many reminders.

I got 2 emails and 2 texts (maybe I didn't click or unclick something to get reminders in both my email and phone). The first set was 2 days before, the second set of reminders was a day before. Then, that morning, I got 2 emails saying they were arriving within 30 minutes, which didn't help since I was still asleep. A phone call would've been better, to let me know they were 30 minutes away. They came right at 8 a.m. on a Saturday.

I love the way my home smells after a good deep cleaning! This company is super easy to work with and very friendly!

Original time for cleaning was 10 am, changed last minute the evening before to 8:30. Arrived at 8 am after saying via email they would arrive at 8:30. love arriving on time but 30minutes early doesn't work with little notice. While cleaning they broke our vanity. Said they would pay to fix it, then went all day without responding or following up. Took full payment for cleaning without any follow through regarding paying back for vanity.

A friend recommended Maids and Moore to me saying she'd tried several cleaning companies and this one was the best so far she'd used. I booked a deep cleaning with them and along with recurring monthly regular cleans after. They were able to give me a quote online that I thought was super reasonable for both the deep clean and regularly monthly cleaning.

Two of their staff came today and they spent about 3.5 hours cleaning the house and everything looks amazing. I'd never be able to clean the bathroom as well as they left it! They were so thorough and meticulous about every room of the house. I am so glad I booked with them and can't wait for them to come back in a month!

I tried Maids and Moore for the first time for a deep cleaning and was very pleased. The two ladies worked hard and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again!

Updated review: I response to the owners response. You are lying! I spoke to numerous cleaning women in different cleaning days and they all said they were not getting any more money or a pay increase in the past months when I asked them if things are better now that they we're charging more for their services which I was happy to pay for thinking that they we're getting more but it was easy to conclude that the owner is being very dishonest when multiple people have said otherwise that work for the company.

Again you are being dishonest and instead of addressing that and being nice about your delivery it's very telling how you handle this and how you value your customers. You obviously did not value my girlfriend and I's business. I am disappointed in how you chose to respond instead of just trying to do the right thing for your employees.

I am so grateful for Maids and Moore. My home is so clean and welcoming after their services. I appreciate that the scheduling and payment logistics are all operated through the online or over the phone management systems. The housekeepers are efficient. careful, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Maids and Moore!

They came out to do a deep clean on our home. The women work hard to make sure every nook and cranny was clean and polished. I would hire them again!

I used Maids and Moore this week for a move out clean. I left a lock box with key because we had already moved out. They let themselves in. I checked in after they left and everything was perfect! They cleaned the oven, microwave, carpets, blinds, floors, light fixtures, fans, showers, etc. They did a great job and the house smelled so clean! Their price was on par for what I expected to spend for spend for such a deep and thorough move out clean. Excellent service!

I must say the response, empathy and understanding, and the fact that they made it right was on point. Even though I went through various emotions ranging from anger to disappointment, I would definitely use them again, after all the maids did an outstanding job and met my expectations.

I have used Maids and Moore for over three years now and they are on time within window of arrival, kind and willing, and respond to any needs I raise. If there are any quality issues (I have only had small issues far and few between), they address it promptly. I also love their online quoting approach. Makes it fast to get pricing and to book them. I also love that they are a female, Texas owned business. Highly recommend!

First time to use, deep clean was perfect. These two ladies worked quickly, professionally and left the house smelling great and no detail overlooked. Will use again for sure.

Used them three times not and I always just feel so much better walking into the house afterwards. I try to keep things clean but I just can never get the floor and counters quite as clean as they can. I haven't used any other cleaners so I cant compare prices or time but I know I think its worth it for me to have them come every few months just to get the spots im not great at.

Incredible, thorough and quick service! I did some last minute add-ons through email and they were so quick to respond and very accommodating. My apartment was really dusty and grimy before they came and they worked magic to get it as clean and fresh as they did! Their staff is so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Amazing team! I had a few last minute changes the morning of the cleaning and they adhered to them easily! Good communication between office and team members! I have a cat who tries to run out the front door and they have been so careful and cautious with her, it makes me feel so content! The quality of cleaning is fantastic and they pay attention to the details!

Edit: I want to clarify-THEY made these stains; these were not in the carpet before they came. The owner emailed me saying they could come back and re-clean, but what they don't understand is that I ordered their services trusting they would clean what was agreed on the *first* time as I had to turn in my keys to the apartment soon after. The owner offered 10% of what I paid- I am not accepting because that is not enough for my disappointment in their services.

I am keeping this review instead. Had an apartment "make ready" done before moving out, and was pretty disappointed. The two maids left dark stains on the carpet that I had to scrub out after they left, and they only did a very quick wipe down of the counters, the inside of the fridge, and the inside of the oven- I ended up cleaning all of these again after they had left. We have used Maids and Moore on a move out and move in cleaning. We have also set up a cleaning schedule with them because of the fabulous job they did on both services. Arrived in the time period that was set-up. And let us know when they would be leaving. The first cleaning is a deep clean and let me say our home was spotless top to bottom. I contacted Maids and Moore on a Wednesday night to have a deep cleaning on Thursday for a Realtor showing on Friday. I had never been a client before. M&M came out the next day and did a fantastic job, the house was super clean! From the window to the tubs it looked and smelled amazing. When we get in our new home I will have M&M on a regular schedule. Highly recommended!

I was really impressed with Maids and Moore. Their customer support is very responsive. I had a move out clean scheduled + disinfecting. The cleaning team did a wonderful job. The home was left cleaner and and in better shape than when I moved in. I was so impressed that I likely will be having them do routine cleans for the home I moved to.

My boyfriend just moved into his first house and we wanted to make sure the house felt like it was brand spanking new (well. as new as it can feel for being built in the 80s). We hired Maids and Moore for a move-in clean and carpet steaming (subcontracted) and HOLY MOLY - they did an unreal job. Minnie and Juanita were phenomenal and left the house feeling/looking/smelling so clean! They cleaned all of the appliances, base boards, ceiling fans, etc. Looking forward to having them back on a regular basis! Thank you thank you thank you!

The ladies are always very polite, and clean very thoroughly even when I add things to what they normally do. One of them was even nice enough to show me how to remove stubborn, baked on stains from one of my wife's favorite casserole dishes! I would highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs. It was ok. Not the best. It took so long and I expected to house to be spotless but it was not. However, I liked that the maids took their time to pull the stove forward and cleaned behind it. There is definitely some weaknesses that need to be addressed but overall I think 3-4 star is a good score for what they have done.

This was not a good experience. It started out well. The scheduling process was easy and pleasant (talked to a real person). Initially after the cleaning everything looked OK and I was pleased with the results of an area I didn't think could be cleaned. But on further inspection I found that the hard wood floors were still dirty and the oven cleaning was not finished.

I called to complain and they immediately set up a follow up visit. However no one showed up. Finally I called and they told me that the person was out sick and didn't realize she had been scheduled to come by my house. On the next visit the floor and oven cleaning was finished. I don't recommend them

I contacted Maids and Moore to clean a rent house that had recently become vacant. I explained to them that the house is pretty dirty. I explained to them that all the carpet had been removed so the kitchen and bathrooms are what need the most attention. I was advised that it would be $250 for a make ready job. I agreed to the price and they came out a day later.

I later received a call advising that they couldn't clean the house because there was an active roach problem, even though they had been there about an hour already. I told them I would have the roach problem taken care of and call them back to finish the job. I went to the house to see what was done. I arrived and found the lock box on the front door was unlocked.

When i went inside I found the freezer door standing wide open and running. As I looked around I noticed that the air conditioner was turned down from 75 to 60 and running. As I continued to look around I then noticed the garage door was standing wide open letting all the AC out of the house and heat in. In the kitchen and bathrooms I could see that they had sprayed cleaner on stuff and just left it.

I am just glad I made an unscheduled visit to the property and found all this before the AC or refrigerator was damaged. I later received a call from them and was advised that it was going to twice the original. It was now going to be $500 to clean the house. I had advised them that the house was pretty dirty when they quoted the original price. I understand wanting more money to clean the house, but leaving the house in that condition is not professional or acceptable.

We had a house we sold deep cleaned and it was just wonderful! We then requested a deep clean service for the house we purchased and it felt like nothing had been really cleaned at all. The shower & cabinets weren't even touched! They charged us around $350 and all they did was a some dusting (they did dust) and wiped down our counter tops that I could see.

Either way, the house didn't feel cleaned at all. I called the company to let them know of what happened and the owner got a hold of me to get the details and offered to make it right. I really wasn't expecting that but she said it's 100% satisfaction guarantee! I really appreciate that!

I would love to state that I used this company last week for some cleaning and they are top notch. Everyone was friendly and helpful despite my frantic actions with issues I had going on with my house. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again.

Although I have not used this service, albeit not for a lack of trying, I am going to leave this review. In mid November I submitted a request for a quote on their website. Received said quote but did not immediately respond. I believe it was the next day I received an email from Rebecca asking me when I would be scheduling a clean. I responded that the price was pretty steep and that I needed a little time to make that decision.

In the meantime I received more emails and phone calls. Once I made an informed decision and having decided to give them a try in spite of the overpricing, I contacted Rebecca via email. She informed me that I would have to call the office to give them credit card information in advance and then schedule my routine cleaning. I have now called 'the office' THREE times at various times of day.

Each time I got a recording saying that it was either after hours or they were helping other customers and suggested I leave a message and I would be contacted within 24 hours. THREE time I have left a message and THREE times I have not received a call back. In my opinion the lack of professionalism in responding to a potential client says quite a lot about this company and tells me it is just as well that I didn't get involved with them.

We've had maid services for over 15 years or so. Over the years, we've had a number of services that started off well and then slowly degraded over time. Then we hired Maids and Moore. I'm not sure how long we've been with them but it's been a number of years now. Their quality is consistent. They send out reminders of when they will be cleaning. and they always show up. With our busy lives, we are grateful that we do not need to worry about Maids and Moore. 5 Stars!

I have hired this company twice. Once for a move out cleaning & once for a birthday present to myself (deep cleaning). I'm amazed at how much the ladies get done in just a couple hours. They are friendly and the office was communicative, every step of the way.

Amazing! The company was quick and easy to speak to, gave me a quote and was able to fit me in their schedule very last minute. The ladies were punctual and made sure everything was super clean. I've been using Maids and Moore for about 6 months for monthly cleanings. They're always on time, reasonably priced, and the customer service is friendly. Roxy is easy to work with and very responsive. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the cleanings are sometimes inconsistent. Some months, the team does an absolutely amazing job, and other times, they've missed a few spots or I can tell they moved too quickly. However, I've never been dissatisfied with the level of clean - on the contrary, it is awesome to come home to a clean house! I'm glad to have found Maids and Moore. It really is a lifesaver to have a reliable monthly cleaning!
