The Maids

The Maids have been owned by Joni Garcia since 1996. During this time the Wichita franchise has won several awards in The Maids franchise community. The most memorable ones have been Operation Manager of the Year and the Big Brother/Big Sister award. Our vacuum is very unique and is a major component of our Healthy Touch System. It contains four filters, one which is a Hepa filter. The vacuum is capable of capturing particles as small as 1/210th the size of a human hair. We capture these particles and take them out of the house instead of recycling them back into the air through the vacuum's exhaust system. This leaves your house cleaner with less indoor air pollution.

You will easily be able to recognize that your team has arrived when they pull up in your drive in our bright yellow The Maids vehicle. The uniformed team will enter your house and get right to work by dividing up into their functions. We have divided the work into a kitchen person, bathroom person, dusting person and vacuuming person. Each team member is responsible and will be held accountable for their assigned area in your home. However, we realize that mistakes can happen. That is why we have a 24 hour guarantee of satisfaction on our service. Our employees go through multi-state criminal background checks, reference checks and testing. They are trained using the Maids Learn Share network and then hands on in the field by our field manager.
