We bought a house and the carpet was absolutely COVERED in damage from pets and the precious owners. The house literally smelled like pets even though it was completely empty. We were considering replacing the carpet throughout the entire house, but instead we called Premium and they were able to sanitize the existing carpet and replace the pad underneath throughout the house.

The difference was night and day! It was like having new carpet. We are so thankful for their hard work and timely assistance. We were able to move in shortly after they finished and feel so good about the condition of the carpet and new padding. Thank you SO MUCH!
