Steam Masters

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Apparently they have closed down and never informed anyone. I had an appointment for Friday 12/10/21 between 8-10 am and they never showed. I called multiple times and all I got was a number that was now disconnected. Since they were close just down on McKnight road i went to the business to see whats up. All the vans were parked outside and the place was all closed up.

We hired Steam Masters to clean four rooms in our house along with 2 sets of steps and a hallway. Told them we would need some lighter furniture moved when cleaning. My husband and I took several hours and moved almost everything out of each room including some of the light weight furniture. They came several hours late because of a tech's doctor appt.

They were only here a little over an hour. The carpets are not clean at all. Non waterproof mascara on a bedroom carpet not touched. A pet stain cleaned the day before still has the top film of stain remover on it not touched. A lightweight vanity not moved along with several other pieces of easily moveable furniture. We have called the business at least 5 times.

We asked to speak to the owner. We were told he would call back within 24 hours. That was a week ago and no response. Called yesterday asked for a full refund - no response. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I couldn't be happier with Steammasters! I called in the morning needing an emergency appointment caused by a sick dog overnight and steammasters came to my rescue! They had a full schedule that day but knowing what my emergency was they squeezed me in and really did an amazing job cleaning my carpet and mattress. Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness Had a date when they were suppose to come clean my rugs, they never showed up and didn't even bother to call or answer their phone. I'll think twice about using or should I say trying to use these guys again!

I just had my 7 piece sectional cleaned, and Jeff did a phenomenal job! He arrived on time, and I feel like it was a really great value compared to competitors. These guys did an excellent job, cleaning my high traffic and heavily soiled areas until they looked almost new. Both of the techs were very polite, clean and very respectful of my home. They were also very particular, it was quite clear they take a great deal of pride in their work. I was very pleased with the result, and the service was an excellent value especially given the high quality of workmanship. I highly recommend their services.

I'm honestly impressed. I booked my appointment relatively fast for the next week. They gave me a 3 hour window of 10am-1pm. They called to say they were heading to my house and were here by 11am and out by 11:30am. Crazy how fast it took. Granted we have carpet in only the upstairs 3 bedrooms, hallway and staircase. The guys were nice and I honestly don't remember the carpet cleaner smelling as good this time as the last time we got it done (from another company). Plus, I also think the last company we used didn't get some major stains out, and these guys did.

Which is most important, if you ask me! The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I wish the price would have been a little clearer. I know it can't be a science not knowing exact measurements, but I told the woman I had an entire carpeted upstairs with three rooms and a staircase she quoted about $180. It ended up being $207 with a hallway and an extra step on our staircase not being included in the quote, plus tax!

Potentially on me that I assumed the hallway would be included, but bummer that it cost a bit more than I originally thought. Overall good experience and I'd book them again!

Had our carpet and air vents cleaned by Steammasters. The actual cleaning was fine and we are happy with that. However, would not have them come back. The technicians who were here paid no attention to the hose running through our home and now the paint on our banister posts as well as on the trim and corners of our home has been damaged in a number of spots. Also, there was no attention to detail when putting the vents back on--one of them was left off and there were no screws left behind for us to re-attach ourselves and one of our in floor vents was badly bent from being forced back in in the incorrect orientation. Additionally, they spilled chemicals on the grass in our front yard and now we have a dead patch of grass there.

I spent half the day yesterday touching up paint and filling in nicks in the woodwork. They had no respect for the condition of our home which was really disappointing. Would not use them again.

I just moved to a new house and I had terrible allergies because the previous owner had pets. I called steammasters for duct cleaning. I called them because of an offer on Angie's list with very reasonable pricing, compared to the other companies, since my house has a lot of vents and it is big. The only downside was that I had to wait for a few weeks but the appointment process was easy and clear. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. They charged me as much as they coded which was less than the competition. I will use them again. Thank you team!

Didn't pay me back what it was broke during the duct cleaning. I had no answers from the company after that.

I needed to get my apartment carpet cleaned for move out and procrastinated on contacting a company. SteamMasters was able to come short notice (showed up the next day) and were on time, friendly, with reasonable prices. Jeff and Brian did a wonderful job and had great communication, from giving me a heads up when they would be on there way to explaining pricing. Super friendly guys too. Great experience and I'll keep them in mind for the future.

We hired Steam Masters to clean our apartment carpet before we moved out. They were really professional, helpful, and quick. We had not completely moved everything out of the apartment yet but they were understanding and let us move things around so we could still get them cleaned. They adjusted the pricing because one of our rooms was so small, and were overall very cost effective. (Our landlord would have charged us twice as much to have their cleaners clean it.) Overall, great service and would recommend to others!
