Maid In Louisville

If you're looking for someone to surface clean that's what you'll get. They wipe the tops of most things down, but as my mom always said, you know a good cleaning when you look in the corners and crevices. I paid $280 to deep clean a 700 sq ft condo and then another $160 the next month for a standard cleaning. The deep clean was to get the place back to normal after a full renovation.

It was to encompass cleaning with an emphasis on floors, baseboards and all glass including pictures. Since I hadn't rehung my pictures they didn't have to clean them during the deep clean and the baseboards were easy because they'd just been painted. They streaked the glass door so badly I said something and Maria promised to do it again on the next visit along with the pictures.

I said ok. I was pleased with the floors which had been stained from potty training my 2 rabbits. On the next visit the glass door was left streaked again, they still didn't clean the pictures or the tub surround. On both visits they missed dusting parts of the bedroom furniture. Neither the shelves in the bedroom nor the inside of the wooden drawer handles were dusted on either visit. Again, I think it's due to providing only a surface cleaning.

My mother was known for keeping a beautiful home. She taught me and I cleaned for wages from junior high thru college and then as a second income until my student loans were paid. I get it's hard and sometimes dirty work, but if you agree to the job I believe it should be done well and you should do all that you said you'd do (and the customer has paid for). Maria is very nice, but nice doesn't get done the cleaning I paid for.

Our last cleaning service went out of business so we were looking for a new local one. Greg has been so helpful through this process. He is super responsive and easy to get ahold of. Aynsley came and spent almost 6 hours deep cleaning our house and we are so thankful because it looks amazing! We have two labs so there is always hair everywhere and when we got home yesterday it was the cleanest our house has ever been. We highly recommend using Maid in Louisville.

I've had my apartment cleaned by Maid in Louisville and it's been great. They do a very thorough job and make sure they touch every corner, window and baseboard in the place. The two women that cleaned my apartment were very friendly and considerate of our space. I do wish I could just call to schedule the appointment instead of emailing but it's worked okay so far. Overall a great trustworthy cleaning service.

I was impressed from the beginning when the owner was directly involved in welcoming new clients and getting to know the home directly. Quality of cleaning follows because it has Greg's personal commitment to satisfaction behind it, and the staff are so fun to work with.

I have used many house cleaning services in the past, and Maid in Louisville exceeded my expectations. They are responsive, have a great attitude of service, prompt and had great attention to detail in cleaning. I'll be back because I like to just make a phone call and know it's taken care of, and know that the job will be done well.

I used this cleaning service recently and was very disappointed by the results. First off, I had to send many email messages to get someone to schedule a cleaning with me. Once I heard back, the date I was told ended up being different than what they could actually do. They were disorganized with their notes and called and emailed me multiple times before the day of the cleaning to confirm details I had already been over with them.

This is not the worst part. I wasn't there when they actually showed up to clean but I did see the end result. The house was cleaner, but they skipped over major sections including vacuuming my kitchen rugs, cleaning sinks, cleaning the master shower, dusting, and more. When I complained the office person was apologetic but then came back and said that her team had cleaned and blamed the mess on my babysitter and children (who were not responsible for what they missed).

She finally came back and said it was their bad and asked to come back and clean for a discounted price. I agreed to give them another chance. However, I was then told that they wouldn't be coming back and that I wouldn't be getting any of my money back for the mediocre job they did. I do NOT recommend Greg and Maid in Louisville. His company has no sense of customer service and his team does not know how to clean.
