Jon and Christian did a wonderful job! I have two small kids which makes for a lot of mess and everything they cleaned looks fantastic! They did a large area rug (creamy white even), our couch (light grey), and a few other miscellaneous items. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! We hired them to clean our living room and dining room carpets as well as our family room furniture. We had decided to skip cleaning the family room carpet, thinking that it was beyond anything they could fix. However, as they diligently worked to revive our couches, they also touched up our carpet and we now feel it has a few more years left in it! The bottle of cleaning solution they left with us has also been wonderful. It's amazing what it will get out! Great business!

We had a doggie diarrhea incident on our carpet for 1.5 days. terrible! We decided to call a local place and "Ultimate" was it. They were on time and very friendly. They assessed the situation for us and helped us understand the details of the clean-up. They also identified some other problem areas we should be aware of but were not pushy at all. They did an amazing job. and were quick about the work. I'm having them come back to do a few other rooms for us. I highly recommend them.

This company was fantastic to deal with! From the person who answered my initial call to the folks who came out to my property to do the work, they were all friendly, kind and professional. Their prices were great, they were right on time and they did an amazing job! The cleaners who came into my home wore masks and booties, so I felt that both myself and my property were protected at all times.
They cleaned a couch, a large sectional, pillows and even my patio cushions! It is so nice to have these items all freshened up, especially with pets in the home. I also love that it is a family-run business, with a husband, wife and son all working there. I will be sure to use them again for any of my cleaning needs. I highly recommend them!
