Eric called in advance to let me know he was arriving at the appointment time. He went through the house and asked questions about what I wanted and explained how he was going to keep the furniture up off the carpet while it dried. He promptly started and proceeded to make our dirty carpet look close to new. I really appreciated his hard work and how great the carpet looks.

Fantastic! All Pro did a great job today removing dog oil from my carpet and dirt off my couch cushions. Eric was hard working and treated my home like it was his own. Last year I used Stanley Steamer and this year I used All Pro. All Pro is my company now. They were so much better than Stanley and great prices too!

Joe C. was great. He outlined all our options before beginning, finding those areas where he could save us money. He was very informative and took time to explain what he would be doing. He was careful with our home, putting up corner guards everywhere it was needed. We had a lot of things for him to do (carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, furniture cleaning). This is the second time that Ive used All Pro Chem Dry for carpet cleaning. They are great! They stand by their work and, when a stain resurfaced, they came back to take care of it. Patrick was the technician. He was right on time. He gave me several options on services. This carpet is fifteen years old and he worked for an hour and a half and it looks almost new. I was very impressed with the All-Pro Chem-Dry procedures. The carpet was clean and dry in just a couple of hours. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends! I was very pleased by the service I received from All Pro Chem-Dry. A representative came out to prepare an estimate and was very thorough in examining the state of the property being sold. I was advised about the need to specially treat areas that had been fouled by pet urine. All during the process, I was kept informed of the status of the work so there were no surprises.

Nothing but positive things to say about this company. I moved into a new home and had an emergency that required expedited same day service. I called around to a few company and got these guys on the phone. The customer service on the phone was great and called me back in 15 minutes after speaking with the owner. The owner came out to check the house and my emergency and redirected two guys to help me out.
The operators were friendly and made me feel comfortable enough to leave them alone in my house while I ran more errands. I came home to clean carpet that was dry in a few hours. Keep up the work fellas, youre doing great.

All Pro Chem Dry is an outstanding company. I will have them come again and request Joseph Cordova and Jarrett his assistant. What a team! Joseph is a hard working protectionist. My stairs, both sets look like brand new carpet. I will have the clean and sanitize again with the added protectant. I dont need new carpet I just need All Pro Chem Dry and Joseph to come once a year and give my carpet a "face lift".

All Pro Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning my Crate and Barrel sofa and ottoman as well as my CB2 chair and ottoman. They used scent free cleaning products and Im very happy with the results! After a miscommunication about time, Josh (the Operations Mgr) arrived on-time and was super friendly. My only minor criticism is that some of the cleaning product overspray coated the wood furniture legs after the cleaning. But, I was able to clean it off. I was surprised because I saw Josh wipe off the legs. Not sure what happened? But, I will definitely use All Pro Chem-Dry again in the future. Thank you!

They kept us up to date on what time and day they would be there. Were here an completed job quickly and it looks great. Dried much faster because of less water used. Price was given as the best possible with space to be cleaned which was very good. Also cleaned our area rug. They were in and out in 2 hours after cleaning about 900 sq. ft.

I was very pleased with the 2 young men from All Pro Chem-Dry who cleaned and treated the carpets in my home on March 7th. Both men were quietly respectful and performed their tasks in a very professional manner. To their further credit, they were perceptive enough to understand our concern for key items of furniture. The care they took with our home and its furnishings was exceptional. Equally exceptional was the improvement we saw in our carpeting. Wow! I am thoroughly impressed! Our carpeting was old and tired. and now it's new again!

My experience with All-Pro Chem-Dry could not have gone better. They were intensely focused on making sure my family had the best possible experience and really went the extra mile. We had them scheduled to come on our closing day to get the house ready and dry before the movers came in later that day. It was one of the most stressful days weve had in a series of already stressful days of moving and home buying, but they made it so much easier.
The owner Don Kado was personally involved and even had office staff coming to bring extra blowers to get everything dry in time. Don even drove me to my temporary residence to pick up a key I had forgotten. The technician was so hard working and had a smile on his face the entire time. After we were moved in, they even came back to touch up knowing that we would be trafficking a lot of dirt as we moved everything into the house.
We moved into a house that had 6 dogs and a cat. We are all allergic to animals in my home and we havent had any allergy problems after they did their magic. They also eliminated the overwhelming pet smell that was everywhere. I cant say enough! Thank you!

Ive been using Chem Dry for carpet cleaning for about 16 years, in various cities in which I've lived. Chem Dry, as a company/franchise, has always provided fabulous service. All Pro Chem Dry is no exception. Amazing service, excellent quality work with lots of attention to detail, and super polite and courteous technicians. I've served up some pretty nasty carpet disasters (ranging from red nail polish to a dog poop disaster) and they've always been able to make my carpets look brand new again. Highly recommend All Pro Chem dry.
