We have used M&M ChemDry since 2009. Mark is always very friendly, professional and thorough. He effectively deals with issues needing attention and is happy to share from his wealth of knowledge for the customer's benefit. The carpet cleaning solution is chemical free and the system removes dirt without soaking through the carpet backing and pad. I highly recommend them!

Mark from M&M Chem Dry came out yesterday 5/7/20. He arrived on time and was very professional, even had his quarantine mask (I wore one as well while he was here). He explained the process and technique Chem-Dry uses, provided an estimate and got to work quickly. He did an amazing job! Carpets look and feel great and dried quickly. Competitively priced compared to other services I've used in the past. I will definitely be calling him back for my 2nd floor soon!

When I called to schedule I got to speak to the owner and person doing the job immediately. They called before arrival and explained everything, including cost, before getting started. They were very open about what they could and could not do as well as what they could or could not guarantee. Throughout the visit they continued to share information about the job and recommendations for the future. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the service! Chem dry came to help me with cat urine soil on my carpet, sofa, and basement concrete. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about how to prevent future soiling. I was extremely satisfied with the service provide by M&M Chem Dry. We had them clean and sanitize 2 mattresses for us. One of the mattresses had been in storage for almost 5 yrs and was not wrapped, and had a blood stain on it. M&M was able to get 70% of the stain removed and did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing it. I highly recommend them.

I really thought the only solution was to replace them, but Mark got all the stains out and even though they are old (1989) they look so good now. I love when Chem Dry (Mr. Minnich) comes to clean our carpets. They always look new, smell fresh and absolutely beautiful. We have 2 dogs and a cat and I vacuum at least every other day. Our golden retriever loves to roll around on the carpets and sheds tremendously. So cleaning the carpets is a must. Thank you for taking the time to make them look great.
