I'm very happy with DC Chem-Dry! Chris is very polite and do great work. There was NO hidden fees! I felt comfortable with the gentlemen in my home. I will contact them again. My carpet had stains from a dog I took in my home that was frightening. I own a RugDoctor and this is the first time in 13yrs I've trusted a company to clean my carpet. Thank you so much!

DC Chem Dry did a FANTASTIC job on our carpet. We thought we were at a point that we needed to replace it all due to our little yorkies and their teeny weenie bladders! But the carpet looks like NEW! We usually rent a steam cleaner and do it ourselves but the difference between the steam cleaner and Chem Dry is EXTREMELY different. With steam cleaner it is wet for a LONG time and after a day or so the carpet kinda looks almost as bad as it did before. But here several days after Chem Dry, it looks fantastic! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Customer service is one of the most important factors that I look at when deciding on a service. Josh came out to service our house and he was beyond friendly and was very knowledgeable of his products. The service was speedy however, the only downfall was my recliner that my dog had previously "marked" on still had a strong urine smell. I do know that is not easy to remove and may never actually be 100% removed. Other than that, I would highly recommend this company for your needs.
