It's been a while since we had our carpets cleaned, I contacted Theresa and even though we live outside of their normal service area, they made the trip uo to newington. We had 6 rooms and 2 staircaes done. They look amazing and Robert was 100% first class in his work. Highly recommend him and Chem dry fir your carpet cleaning needs.

Booked with this company based on reviews and I was not disappointed. They did a great job on my stair carpeting that is 22 years old as well as my upholstery and spare bedroom carpeting. The team arrived in the morning and got to work on cleaning over 20 chairs and the carpeting in our large conference room. They were able to remove a number of stubborn stains on the chairs and carpet breathing new life into them. They were also efficient and the quick drying times were a boon, allowing minimal disruption to staff/the public. Very satisfied and we will be using their services again in the future.

Patrick Family Chem-Dry is my go to company for furniture (and mattress) cleaning. Will not use anyone else. Always courteous with phone calls, and very prompt in scheduling. Technicians show up at appointment time, and pay strict attention to details on the furniture (pillows, skirting, arm covers). The results are always amazing! Prices are fair and they often offer discounts through mailers. Love this small, local, family run business.

There are not enough words in English to praise the Patrick Family and their Chem Dry services. Teresa greeted this newbie to CT and offered her best serviceman, Robert, to us for what ended up being an all day job! The attentiveness to our unique situation (new home purchase that was absolutely disgusting, it seems this 58 year old home had not seen a vacuum, broom, or mop in 25 years or so) and his outstanding personality were so amazing!
While we seem to be hemorrhaging money trying to bring the home back to some sense of glory and the unexpected expense to make the home safe for humans and pets was a shock, the Patrick Family Chem Dry team took such great care of us, gave us an outstanding price, and were here scrubbing all the years of filth off our flooring until close to 8pm. Mr. Patrick himself even stopped by to check on his excellent staff. Robert worked his tail off, probably lost a few lbs (and may prematurely grey), was so very thoughtful and professional, and even helped me when my silly dogs thought they should take off after a neighbor dog. Long story short, if you are still reading this review, please know that the Patricks are the best in the biz!

Beginning with Teresa Patrick setting up the appointment asap for me, as we had water intrusion in our office saturating the carpets, to husband Dave and crew shopping up quickly with a smile and a great personality, these folks are the best. They got the stains out and it smelled clean for days after. Dont take your chances with internet companies controlled from out of the area with cheap or teaser rates. This is a home town family business that caters to your needs and does the job right the first time. The best!

Spoke with Teresa on the phone for booking and scheduling, and worked with Dave and Rob on site and could not have asked for better service! Extremely responsive and attentive! Had large living room carpet cleaned (including pet spots), as well as 2 smaller area rugs, All came out fantastic!
They even gave recommendations for future care and maintenance. The carpets havent looked better since they were bought! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone and will definitely be a repeat customer when needed again!
