I always have Integrity Chem Dry out once a year. But I was in need of a last minute appointment. The company sent out Justin and Jason late this afternoon to clean my carpets & sectional sofa right before Thanksgivings. I have a lot of family coming over and I was in dying need to get my sectional sofa done. My little one recently got into his rash cream, and wipe it all over my sofa.
Both Justin & Jason explained the process and reinsured me that they can get everything out. Let me say they work wonders on getting everything out. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you Chem Dry and will be using them again next year.

Wow! Integrity Chem Dry came out today and did my carpets and upholstery. I can not get over the fact on how clean my sofa and carpets looks. I have a one year old and he his little Cookie Monster hands and loves to use my sofa as a napkin. I just want to say Justin explained everything well on what I needed for my carpets as well as my upholstery, and I took his advice and added on pre-treatment and protectant. I cant imagine using any other carpet, cleaning business.

Professional, friendly, on time. Nice guys that showed up to get the job done. Still some pressure on up-selling different options from initial bottom price. I never get used to that no matter how many times Ive had my carpet cleaned by all companies. I just wish the advertising was super clear and upfront. Anyway. I would use this company again.

I was very impressed with Robert (and his helper, Sam) and their professionalism and particularly Robert's outgoing personality. He was very personable which made it easier to have someone in your home for about an hour. The carpets look great and I'll definitely call Chem-Dry again Services General carpet cleaning

I have used Chem dry before and was extremely happy with the results and felt the cost was fair. The last time was about 5 years ago. This time, the cost was 3 times the amount! I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" However, the cost I had to pay for 1 sofa, 4 rooms plus the pet urine and odor this time was enough I could have bought new carpet! We are talking about $2500 here! Waaaayyyyy too much! I will be trying someone else next time.

We called Justin Jensen at Integrity Chem-Dry on a Monday and he came the following day. We purchased a new home and the master bedroom carpet was very dirty. Justin told us that the carpet would look new when he was finished. I have attached the before and after photos to show the difference in the carpet appearance after his cleaning. I had my ceramic tiles cleaned and sealed. We had moved into this house 5 yrs ago and had no idea that our grout was suppose to be a light color beige! Robert and Derrick was so professional and quick. They made my tile flooring look like new! I am very pleased and impressed with the work they did.
