Very nice couple who did a professional cleaning job. Left my area carpet and furniture looking clean and fresh. Would highly recommend them for cleaning service.

Chem dry has always been great. We have them come clean the couches and carpets as we have two dogs. They are great with the dogs and do a great job with everything. ChemDry of LaSalle county does an excellent job. Service is five stars. Jim and Toni are efficient and fast. What I love most is that my carpets dry so quickly. I appreciate the special urine treatment too as I have a couple of naughty dogs who aim for the only carpet in my house.

We have 3 dogs with a doggy door to outside, and a cream colored carpet, i know crazy right? Called chem dry to get a quote and was shocked at the very affordable pricing that I booked with him on the phone call. To my surprise I called Monday and he came out today, Wednesday! 2 days! I was upstairs as he started downstairs and I could smell the fresh lemon like smell as soon as he started.

I was amazed at the difference! Took out some stubborn stairs. His wife was even on her hands and knees vacuuming under our couch! Both were very friendly and I will use them again and recommend them. P.s- Jim will show you the dirty water bucket when hes done if you want and the results are gross

Jim and his Wife Toni arrived on schedule with all necessary equipment, did a very thorough job, carpets were dry in about an hour and a half and looked like new, in spite of being 14 years old, 1st time cleaned.

Jim is the best! I have a new business in town and I have had him come every spring since we opened up to keep our office carpet looking like new. The carpet looks almost as good as they did when they were put in. It seemed to take longer than what I thought it should, but for what they did while they were here I see why. I will use them again in the future. And it dried so fast!
