Moved into our house 4.5 years ago with some original carpet(2002) and some existing stains. Got Omar to come give me a quote, and was shocked at how affordable it was. Our realtor recommemded Omar and his team. They provided excellent service and great communication. Omar scheduled us in right away to clean the carpets on our new home before we moved in our furnishings. I finally found out why people are so happy with Chem-Dry. Chem-Dry uses the same basic system on your fine home rugs, carpets, and furniture that is used to remove a drop of wine from the finest silk shirt. Even Chuck from Kindred Spirits restaurant today was commenting on how wonderful his carpets smell after being serviced by Omars crew at Chem-Dry of tri-cities. The BEST carpet cleaning we've ever had! The communication was excellent from the initial quote up to the text letting me know the tech was 15 minutes away. The tech, Jordan, was knowledgeable, professional and was really good at explaining everything up front as far as what we could expect. We've used services in the past that used water/steam, but was tired of unsatisfactory results and damp carpets for a couple of days.
With this company we had our furniture back in place on clean, DRY carpets within 3 hours! Seriously, you can't go wrong with this company! It's well worth the money! Thank you Omar & Jordan!

ChemDry is incredible! Darren called me about 15 minutes away and he hit the door running! The carpets look fresh, clean and ready for my 9 month old to crawl around on! We had a couple elderly dogs and cats that had bladder control issues. The spots, odor and foot traffic has disappeared! Darren had everything wrapped up so quickly, I barely had time for a nap! Thank you again for your incredible service! And give Darren a raise, he works way too hard!

I struggled to find a company who could come out and clean my carpet in a timely manner until I called ChemDry! They came out the very next day and even worked with my work schedule. Darren was my technician and he was extremely helpful, he called before hand to make sure that the time worked for me and showed up on time when it did! I shampooed this carpet 3 times myself and could not get the smell out. Well, Darren was able to get my carpets cleaner than new and my house smells so good again! I will not be using a different company in the future, HIGHLY recommend these guys!

They cleaned a vacant house that is to be sold. I haven't seen it, but everyone who has, reports to me that it looks great; it has been years since it was cleaned, and that was a standard cleaning without all if the extras! The door was supposed to be unlocked for them when they came to clean, but it wasn't. The man who I spoke with was very pleasant even though he had to wait nearly an hour for someone to let him in. Highly recommended this company.

Im a homeowner with roommates. We had a roommate destroy our carpet (literally not one square inch was clear of trash, moldy food, or some sort of stale liquid). I thought it was unsalvagable but I wanted to give it a shot. Omar was easy to reach and best part he was available the very next day! Needless to say the carpets look brand new and the room smells great. Great prices too! Recommend to anyone

I've used Chem-Dry over the years, alternating with different companies. I think I keep calling on them because I prefer the shorter drying period you get with Chem dry. My carpet is light beige, several years old and has visible high-traffic areas but they managed to make it look great again! I experienced a minor issue yesterday and I decided to share feedback with the manager, Omar.
He personally came to our home within an hour and made it right (with a great attitude!) - that, for me is huge and another reason I will continue to use Chem-dry.my carpet looks great!

Had our carpets cleaned from Chem-Dry a few weeks ago and they turned out great! It is a commercial account and some of the stains in the carpet were oil based and using his residue dryer and cleaning pads he was able to lift all the stains that were of concern. We did have a couple small stains that did come back that were really bad prior.so I gave him a call and he made an appointment right away came in and touched up the areas that needed to be touched up. He is very respectful and professional and most of all on time! I would recommend Chem-Dry to anybody that needs their carpets cleaned.
