The scheduler was very kind and helpful on the phone. She gave many details about how they clean and was very accommodating of my schedule. The men that came to clean our couch were extremely kind, helpful and honest. They let me know when they did not think the fabric would come very clean due to the type of fabric and it possibly being defective.
They tried many different techniques/cleaners. They did not charge me for coming out and trying to get it clean since they would have not been happy with the finished product. I appreciated their honesty and will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend.

This father & son did a thorough job on our entire upstairs carpet & even did a few extra areas that we did not discuss. They removed pet stains & lots of dust from our carpets. I love that they use pet & child safe chemicals. Supporting a local family owned business is important to us and the rate was reasonable. They were on time & communicated well. After recently having the popcorn ceilings removed in my home, there was a lot of white, dusty residue left on the hardwood floors. I mopped and cleaned them vigorously but still not as clean to my satisfaction. I called Lexington ChemDry and spoke with Jessica. She scheduled her floor cleaning technicians right away. They arrived as scheduled. Very informative and detailed. The guys did a great job. Very professional and friendly.

I have used Chem Dry in the past and have always been happy with the results. This time I needed very dirty carpet cleaned, and I am blown away. These guys were great. This was a last ditch effort to save some carpets that I was almost certain would have to be replaced. They were able to remove about 95% of the stains, as well as some stubborn pet odor, saving me thousands on new carpet. They were also friendly, helpful and efficient. And my carpets were dry within hours. Would definitely use again.

I just moved into a new house and my old couches smelled like my dog and were covered in dog hair so I called Lexington Chem-Dry to come out to my new house and clean them up for me along with my large area rug that my dog loved to nest on. They responded quickly and got out to my house the next day. I was amazed when they were finished because my couches looked and smelled brand new and better than when I originally purchased them.
I couldnt believe it so now I try to keep my dog off the furniture to keep them looking pristine like Lexington Chem-Dry left them for me. Lexington Chem-Dry is the absolute best. When other companies clean, the stains will reappear once the carpets dry, but with Chem-Dry you can actually see the difference. They use green products, offer wonderful customer service (they fit me in last minute, took the time to show me the pet urine stains left behind by the previous owner of my new home, and left me a free spot remover), and get the job done quickly but efficiently. Love them.

I needed my carpet cleaned quickly and professionally. They came- they saw-they cleaned and it was dry in less than two hours. They were professional and did an outstanding job making my ten year old carpets look new. I also had a previous pet issue and they were able to remove all traces of animal accident from my carpet. I highly highly recommend them.

Lexington Chem-Dry provided fast and friendly service. They were avaible to answer questions over the phone in the evening and outside the normal 8 to 5 business hours. I called them on a Wednesday evening and the worked us into their Saturday schedule, and we super flexible. They cleaned and treated the carpet with a stain fighter within 1 hour, and the carpet dries quickly. The chemicals are even green certified! Thank you! I recommend them and will use them in the future.

The Smith Family was so easy to work with! They were professional and friendly and treated our home and pets with respect. We had several rooms of carpets cleaned, sanitized and stain guarded. They addressed all of our concerns, paid extra attention to our high traffic areas and removed all paint and pet stains and odors. Our carpets are left clean and feeling extra fluffy! Well definitely use this company in the future and recommend to friends and family!
