Dave and Brian came out to clean my 2 couches today. They did such an amazing job! They explained everything to me. They asked if I had any questions and told me I could call them if I have questions later. Both were super friendly, kind, and professional. My couches have never looked better! Highly recommend.

We had a competitor service our carpet a month ago due to our newest puppys house training challenges with less than satisfactory results. Dave came to my new condo on time and ready to roll. We walked around, pointed out a few stains and pet dander from the previous owner and he got right to it. Making all my hardwood floors and carpets look brand new. Dave is professional and friendly and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others. Found them through a google search and utilized their services based on good reviews. First off, the employee who booked the appointment was very thorough and transparent about pricing. The owner showed up right on time on the weekend to the house we just purchased. He went the extra mile to make sure the carpet looked amazing and discussed with me that it would look better but might take slightly longer to dry. I appreciated his transparency as well. Overall everything came out amazing, everyone was professional, and well priced. Highly recommend their services.

From my first call to the office, to the van driving away with a wave, the service was exceptional all around. Previous tenants had never cleaned them. Thought we would have to replace but now look fantastic. Dave is very knowledgeable, neat and clean. Going to have him come back first of the year for top floor and upholstery cleaning. They will always be my go to in the future. 5 star service!

These folks are fabulous. I have had them clean area rugs multiple times over the years. I would not change to anyone else. They are great to schedule with. They have never cancelled or be a no show. They contact me on the day of service to update expected arrival. They discuss job with me, and establish agreed upon expectations. Professional. Timely. South Shore chem dry came and cleaned a loveseat and chair along with the pillows. Dave was very professional and friendly. Used care on my hardwood floors and the furniture came out beautiful and smelled great. No heavy chemical odor and furniture was not soaking wet. I highly recommend giving them a try. You wont be disappointed!

I have been using Dave at ChemDry for over 20 years. He is responsive when I call and the work is scheduled quickly. He is pleasant, flexible, accommodating to my requests and the work is great. When he is finished, the carpet is not soaking wet and I can get back to my life. I will never use a different company for carpet cleaning. ChemDry is superb!

I have been a client of South Shore Chem-Dry for nearly 30 years. I won't consider using any other cleaner for my rugs. I've gone from wall to wall in my home to now numerous area rugs. The cleaning process has been the best with either type of floor covering. Through regular cleanings or emergency pet issues, Dave and Karen have always responded efficiently and professionally. This is the second time I have used them and I am extremely pleased yet again. Dave works so hard to take the extra step and does a beautiful job. Dave and Karen are true professionals! I have used them for years and they go out of their way to schedule at my conveniece. Dave has come by many times when I've had a "pet" emergency and managed to have my carpet looking like new again. He keeps up with the latest products and is always educating himself so as to give his clients the best. I wouldn't go to anyone else. My carpets always look great, thanks to him!

Dave and Karen are an absolute pleasure to do business with. My entire home, except the kitchen and baths, has wall-to-wall carpet. The carpeting is only a year old but in order to maintain the manufacturers warranty, the carpets need to be professionally cleaned once a year. Dave came out to do the estimate and answered all my questions. He gave me honest responses and at no point did a high pressure sales pitch.
He arrived to do the job on-time and kindly worked around my curious dog and skittish cat. Dave uses chemical-free cleaning products which was my number one requirement. I also had my sofa cleaned and it looked brand new after Dave finished it. I would highly recommend South Shore Chem-Dry and will look forward to having Dave back next year!
