We will be forever grateful to your company for sending us Jarad and his crew to work their magic on our soggy basement! It was a difficult day when our finished basement flooded and when I asked James our Mastercrsft plumber what I should do after he was done, he just smiled and said call 1-800-Water Damage.and his advice made it our lucky day! (so to speak) Anyway, we called the number and in walked Jarad and his crewand they didnt just walk inthey all walked in smiling as they gave us reassurances that they could help us.

Oh mythey all were marvelous and with Jarads expert guidance they did a wonderful job downstairs. They were always on time when they said theyd be here, detailed in what they did and careful with things that werent water damaged. It was amazing to us all the cleaning steps they took to prevent mold and to dry it all up. AND the careful packing up of our things was so appreciated! Also, how would we ever have gotten out our soggy carpet or the furniture they put in the dumpster!

It was simply a well, well oiled machine that Jarad put into play with finesse and empathy! We cant say enough nice things about Jarad.he has such a wonderful, outgoing and caring personality and let me emphasize how important that was when we were so devastated over our losses. Just want to let you know that I am so pleased with all the workers that came to work at my house. I think that you should give them all the raise and be good to them so that they stay with you. Alex and his team helped us clean up our kitchen after a dishwasher hose had been silently leaking for months, causing mold. They were super communicative, accurate in their time estimates, tidy, and generally great to work. I'd gladly work with them again if we were to have a similar incident.

Let me start with, thank you! We had Alex, Sam, Jamon, Juliana, and Alejandro out to clean a sewage back up in a crawl space. They were awesome! They kept the work area very clean the entire time. (Not an easy thing to do when your dealing with sewage) They answered all of my questions and made a very stressful situation much easier for us to deal with.

Everyone was very polite and respectful. If they didn't have a mask on, they had a smile on their face. When the job was finished ( 8 hours), Jamon and Sam explained everything to us and were happy to answer even more questions that we had. I would 100% recommend this company.

Justin and his team are a kind, professional crew. They got the job done fast, gave great communication and were really reliable. The owners were also great and took their time making sure we understood the process. We felt very taken care of. Adding on to share that Justin came back a week after the job was done to double check that everything was dry and give us tips to help us with the humidity. Dan was prompt and courteous with us through the entire experience. He arrived within 30 minutes of calling him and began to inspect and ry out our house for flood damage. He was in frequent communication about the next steps along the way. They took out our damaged flooring, ceiling, and walls quickly and maintained a clean environment. We could not be happier with our experience.

Alex Logan, the lead Tech (could be a supervisor) was so polite. He explained every little detail of how this process works. During a heavy rain storm that lasted two days, I learned that my basement had multiple leaks, which were located behind a portion of the basement that had a finished room. The carpeting was soaked and the the drywall was full of water. I called Dan at 1-800-Water Damage and he and his crew came out and assessed the situation and started ripping up the carpeting and mat, and dry wall and studs.

I was very please with the care during the demolition process as well as the thoroughness of the clean up. Once the extent of the problem was determined the team was able to being the process of drying the water. This process took three days of fans and air purifiers. After which the basement was ready for refinishing. I would definitely recommend 1-800-Water Damage.
