I cannot say enough good things about Walter and his service! He is very timely, professional, and caring. It is difficult to find reliable and trustworthy people to work on your home nowadays. Walter is very invested in the health of your home and how you FEEL living in your space. We have so much more peace of mind knowing he has helped us clean up our home twice now.
It has been a journey trying to fix our home and clean up issues from the previous owners that were a mystery the past 5 years! Walter has helped to simplify things, release the fear of mold and help us move on. Our middle son was exposed to mold in utero and as an infant when more vulnerable to the toxins. Long story short, he had many unexplained issues since birth the biggest one being a speech delay.
We live a very healthy lifestyle so we were perplexed. Since the fogging, he has really showed amazing progress. The speech therapist said he is like a different kid. One quote in her office portrays our situation perfectly and that is "when a flower doesn't bloom, you fix the environment not the flower."

I'd give it ten stars if I could! I've contacted a few companies to learn more about the procedure and costs. Working with Pure Maintenance of Will County's process gave me great confidence, and the pricing alone was competitive with comparable restoration firms. Working with the owner, Walter, was exceedingly knowledgeable and professional, was a pleasure.
I know it sounds funny, but since Pure Maintenance has been at my house, I've been able to sleep better. When I find a great company, I tell my friends and family about it, so if you're on the fence, I'm confident you'll be very happy.

We hired Pure Mold Free for our house because 2 of our children were having suspicious allergy reactions after they spent time in our basement. We were not aware of any obvious mold growing in the basement, so we were perplexed as to why this was happening. Walter came over and identified a potential source of mold growth in our upstairs bathroom.
He explained to us how mold travels and how mold upstairs could cause allergic reactions in the basement. He confirmed this suspicion with an air quality test. Before hiring this company, Walter thoroughly explained the process to us and took the time to answer any and all of our questions. The day of the treatment, he arrived on time and was finished at the estimated finish time.
Our home smelled clean and fresh! The big test came when my 2 children came home and spent time in the basement. They showed no allergy symptoms at all. They still have not, weeks after the treatment. We couldn't be happier with the entire process, from beginning to end! Could not recommend Pure Maintenance enough! Had them come out after discovering mold in one of our rental properties prior to selling. The mold inspection was quick, concise and Walter was very knowledgeable with regards to what was needed and how it could and would be rectified. Their quote was also 3-5x lower than some of the large restoration competitors.
They were flexible with timings and not only was I kept informed throughout the entire process but they completed our entire house in one day! Super professional and will definitely be reaching out should we have any additional issues.
