We had Mountainview Chem-Dry come out to clean our carpet in the family room and two cushions our granddaughter threw up on. We have used three other professional carpet cleaners in the area previously. The first one was okay. The other two were very disappointing and not acceptable at all. I guess the fourth time is a charm. You cannot tell anything ever happened to the couch cushions, and the family room carpet has never looked this good except when it was brand new. Tom was amazing and so helpful. We have found our new business to use for our carpets and highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed! Thank you Mountainview Chem-Dry!

Shawn was our technician and had to deal with some bad stains and pet stains and odors. He was very knowledgeable and did a beautiful job. We were very pleased with his attention to detail. When a tree hit my home, and the floors were very wet from rain and storm, I knew my Persian rugs would have to be cleaned. Mountainview Chem-Dry gave my rugs excellent care and cleaning. I so appreciate how they picked them up, cleaned them, delivered them, and then, put them back on the (repaired) floors of my home. This company provides excellent, personal service.

Being a general contractor it can be a challenge to find the right subcontractor for your clients needs. Mountainview Chem-Dry was contracted to resurface the natural stone floor in the master bath of one of my clients. Dave and his team were very professional and courteous and took great care to inform and educate my client on the process that would take place.
They also took great care to protect the other areas of the home that were affected by the work that was being performed. While the stone was being resurfaced there were continual updates to the client and myself on the progress of the project. Once the job was complete the client and myself were very pleased with the outcome of the stone finish as it far surpassed our expectations.
I will continue to use and recommend Mountainview Chem-Dry for any of my tile resurfacing needs as they have proved themselves competent, professional, courteous and best of all reasonably priced! Thanks again Dave and Mountainview Chem-Dry!

Chem-Dry did a great job on our floors. We had multiple old dog urine stains that were causing problems. They were able to treat them and the house smells much better now. They also educated me on how they continue to cause odors and the best way to clean them up to prevent any future issues should we have any more accidents. They were courteous and professional, and even though I was here by myself (a woman), I never felt anything but trust for them. Thank you Chen-Dry!
