We contacted Prime mold removal after we found out our hose had flood from one of the radiator pipe that burst during the cold weather on Christmas weekend. The water set for 4 or 5 days probably because we were away and luckily we found prime mold removal to come right away and help us when we was back. We needed to have a mold remediation done after Tropical Storm Ida left 6-10 of water throughout our first floor. Even though we cleaned and dried everything immediately, the walls never fully dried out inside and I suspected mold was developing. It was a pretty big job, so I wanted to turn to the professionals. After contacting several companies, Mike was the only one to get back to us immediately, had clear answers to our questions, and offered more than fair pricing.

He was honest, did not cut more of the wall than he needed to, and honored his original quote even though the job was a little bigger than he initially expected. He and his guys were very professional, and I was amazed that they were able to complete the work in only one day. They did a great job, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or refer them to others.

We hired him to fix some mold around a window in a house we just purchased and they quickly realized there was a lot more water damage and the culprit was the deck above that room.
