Great job! Carpets turned out great! They cleaned my carpets about a year ago and just had them in for a little cleaning on the high traffic areas. I've used a few over the years and nothing compares to the way the carpet turns out with Pro Care. The owners are reliable and very nice. Trust them completely!

We just bought a foreclosure in the Crossroads. My hubby & I put so much into making the home beautiful & clean again we decided to try & save the upstairs carpet. We have used Procare for many years at our house, our mom's house and our rental. They have cleaned carpets, area rugs, tile and furniture for us. We found Procare through a recommendation from the carpet store in Modesto. Their work is excellent, their customer service is the best and we always enjoy seeing them. In addition, their prices are most reasonable. Yes, I highly recommend them!

Louis & Jake were amazing. Louis explained everything initially and was able to give me an estimate over the phone. I just relocated to Modesto, CA. and didn't know whom to call. Louis's company had very high reviews and now I know why. Louis and Jake made me feel comfortable the moment I met them. Louis is very honest, gave me some tips that I had no idea about and went above and beyond my expectations.

Have used this service at least three times successfully. However, this time, there was a new person with the owner. I was not as pleased with the results. Did not look quite as good right away, and more important, did not stay as clean as previous service. l will probably try another company next time, just to compare. To be fair, I have moved quite far from the first address and the owner was still willing to drive the extra distance. I appreciated that.
