Dustin was on time and extremely professional. He provided all the information as to what exactly to expect down to the smallest detail. Very friendly, polite. All information was used via electronically making it super simple to utilize. Our house hasn't been cleaned in years and it showed. After Dustin finished it was a brand new house showing it's vibrant colors again. Dustin cleaned our house, vinyl fence and retaining bricks. Simple amazing job well worth giving Dustin a call! Dustin at Summit Wash Pros did an amazing job cleaning our roof, house, and concrete patio. There were stains and growth on our tile roof that were so bad I thought we would have to replace the roof, but after they were washed it looked brand new. Same for our house we were considering painting but after it was washed it looked as if it had just been painted.
Summit Wash Pros are very professional, quick to respond and had good communication. I highly recommend them to anyone and plan on having them do work on some of our other properties.

Summit provided a quote quickly and the rate was fair for the type of job. The staff communicated regularly as to their schedule, including one small scheduling change. They arrived on time, walked me through what they were going to do, and did it quickly. The driveway looks incredible - like new. Price was fair and the work was quality.

So happy that Dustin came and cleaned our driveway! We had a black mold problem on parts of it and I had tried to clean it myself, which didn't work. He responded quickly to the google form I filled out and showed up the next day. He did it in a fraction of the time it had taken me to do it poorly. I thought the price was reasonable, but it's hard for me to say if it's competitive because I've never used a service like this before.
