I am very pleased with the results of our house soft wash! The house looks great and the employees who came out to do the work were helpful and respectful. I had expressed some concerns over a few more tender potted plants that I suspected needed to be shielded from the cleaning solution. I had moved all that I could away from the house before the appointment time and they moved the rest. Shrubs and nearby plants in the ground were treated/rinsed and nothing was damaged (that wasn't the case with another company I used a few years ago). I'll be a returning customer for sure!

Baker came through in a pinch, after some significant paint spilled (already dried) in our garage. It was an ugly mess and i need a quick apnt before our garage could be filled with our moving boxes. They didn't only squeeze me in for an apnt in a pinch but their work was amazing. They got off 99.9% of the paint plus some other dirt/stains! Their pricing is fair and competitive also. Appreciate that Sean, the owner, took the time at the end to share some local spots too as he knew we were new.

From the start of the first phone call, everyone handled our questions professionally. When they were on site completing the estimate they walked our entire house with us explaining the options available to us and how they would perform the work. The company made the appointment 10 days out and responded right on time! They were attentive to our property and did their best to return everything to its proper position. We had some moss on one section of the roof and they have rescheduled a 60 day follow up at no cost to make sure we are satisfied! Overall I would recommend.

I met Shawn Baker several years ago through the Mooresville Chamber and thought he had a good service and business model. After years of poor pressure washing jobs and service, I decided to try the Softwash concept. The team I dealt with from the office and the washers were nice young people who were polite, patient, and responsive to my questions.
I made sure to look over my house before they came out so I could see if the results were noticeable and positive. I have to say, I was pretty impressed. The washing really brightened up the vinyl siding and trim, got the dirt off the wood and brought out the original colors of my 13 year old house. Another side benefit is that my plants were not damaged.
The service may seem a little expensive compared to run of the mill pressure washing, but it's an entirely different process that was worth the cost. Thanks guys. See you again next year!
