I called and got all my questions thoroughly answered. They came out the very next day and my
Gutters have never looked better. Some repairs are needed which they are also taking care of for me. Very pleased that I have found Ned Stevens!

They do a great job and always cleanup before leaving. The guys are polite, professional and create a positive image. I recommended them to my neighbor and she is pleased with them also. We both also have the annual dryer vent cleaning service which helps the effectiveness and life of the dryer.

I called Ned Stevens to arrange an appointment to have the gutters of my house cleaned and the windows washed. Two men arrived the morning I expected them and began working at once. I pointed out the skylight windows of the screened in porch which did not phase them at all, although it looked like it might be a problem to me! The two men worked efficiently and separately, independent of each other, doing an excellent job. Watching the leaves falling now as autumn arrives, I am glad I have booked them to return at the end of November to clean the gutters before the winter arrives.

They were so incredibly thorough spending hours cleaning the entire exterior of the house. We had green moss growing on one side of the house and they scrubbed it clean and the cleaned the entire exterior and windows. Definitely on the higher end price wise but easily the best quality work product.

I have a tall, two story house plus attic. Ned Stevens' team came within a week of my first call, easily got to the hard to reach areas, and finished quickly. The on-site team helpfully pointed out that my gutters had lost their pitch (angle to allow water flow) and had a few leaks at the joints that damaging the external wood. They'll be back next week to fix this too. Price was competitive. Interaction-wise, they were very polite and I appreciate them wearing masks due to COVID

They let me know when they were close and were here within minutes. They performed all of the siding washing and power washing of my sidewalk and deck and they look almost brand new. All requested services were performed efficiently and I'm very pleased. I also have Ned Stevens for my gutter cleaning and I've been extremely happy with everything they've done for me. I also like the yearly contract rate for the gutter maintenance, I feel it's a very good value.

Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning was excellent service from the initial call to the completion of the gutter cleaning service. The service was very well organized. I placed a call to them on a Friday and by Tuesday they already sent out a two man crew to clean my gutters. The guys that came to my house to perform the work were nice, efficient, and very neat.

They cleaned out all my gutters and then flushed them out including the downspouts with water. The guys cleaned up all the debris and carted it off to their truck. As I mentioned, they were very very neat. They did an amazing job and I am so happy with their work. I plan on using them again in the future. I will sign up for one of their service plans. I highly recommend Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning!

Both Carlos and Sam were very professional on the phone and explained everything in detail. Part of the service includes cleaning up everything so the property is clean of debris. I had to call back after the staff left from cleaning the gutters because they left debris on my side yard and in my backyard on my pavers and behind hot tub. My options were to have staff come out two days later to clean up what they left behind or $25 off my next service.

They could not come back today. Sadly I will be picking leaving the debris on my property until Monday as I will not be using the service again in the future. I offered to clean up the debris myself with an expectation of getting a few dollars knocked off today's service but that wasn't offered.

Very happy with the service. The two gentleman did a great job repairing my gutters. They are courteous, hard working, and humble. Listen to my description and request and then started to work right away. I wish I can tell more if it is raining now and check to see if the leaking is fixed. But from what they just did today. and the services I have received so far, I know I am taken good care of by the right company. Thanks so much Ned Stevens! I am grateful.

They climbed my roof from the front, hosed out all the gutters front & back and did a good job blowing/clearing away all the debris that they removed. My primary issue with the service was on the scheduling front. My initial phone call was on December 30, where I was told that my gutters would be cleaned within about three weeks. At the end of the three weeks, I called to inquire when I could expect service, and was told it would be closer to 3 to 4 weeks.

At the end of the fourth week, I called to cancel and was only then that I was offered a specific date that I could expect service, which was at the end of the following week. The two-man crew arrived on that final promised date, over 5 weeks after my initial booking. In Ned Stevens' defense, there had been some winter weather in the area during the initial time span that was given.

That said, there was not any upfront communication from the company to let me know that they might be behind schedule. It took a few proactive calls on my end to get any kind of update on when I could expect service, and it took an intent to cancel to be given a specific date. A mid-winter gutter cleaning: a hard-working crew did a fantastic job, leaving the area around the house cleaner than it had been prior to the gutters being cleaned, including the separate garage! Until last month I had been relying upon a guy in a truck that would randomly show up at my house to clean my gutters. I always thought he did a decent job although was uncertain as to if he was insured and he didn't always do a thorough job of cleaning up the debris blown from the roof, but the service was relatively inexpensive. He didn't happen to make an appearance this fall, and my gutters were completely full of oak leaves and acorns.

I noticed a neighbor had Ned Stevens at their house and noted their use of harnesses and safety precautions that was completely absent with the guy that had been cleaning my gutters as well as their thoroughness removing the fallen debris from the flowerbeds. I contacted Ned Stevens via web inquiry and was contacted by phone with 30 minutes. The price I was quoted was just shy of double the amount of the guy-in-a-van that had been previously servicing my house, but the additional cost was still reasonable and more than worth it.

The team arrived on-time and were complete professionals from start to finish. Not only did they clean my gutters, but they also blew off all the debris and left my yard and driveway in pristine condition. Well worth the additional expense to have known reliable schedule and the professionalism & safety precautions.

The people in the office have been very accommodating. Since this was our first experience with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning we had more than a few questions about what to expect. They followed up after the gutters were cleaned to make sure we were pleased with the service we had received and to discuss additional services that we might want to consider. They were not the least bit 'pushy' - very professional. We will use them again in the future for sure!

We booked Ned Stevens in November for a full gutter replacement. The price was good and booking was easy, but they weren't able to come out until the end of January. When the service techs came out they said they couldn't compete the service at all because of the way our gutters are attached to the house. The customer service end was efficient in returning our deposit, but it would have been helpful for someone to have actually come out to do the estimate instead of a Google Maps search, and if they were able to come out sooner we could have made other arrangements and possibly had another company complete the work by now. Everyone was professional, but the logistics of this service were lacking.

I have had a service plan with Ned Stevens for a few years. They visit my house regularly to clean the gutters. The crew that visited my house most recently did a fantastic job. They were super polite to me and made a point to wave and say hello to my toddler while they worked. The cleaning job the crew did was excellent. They even cleaned the skylights, which was sorely needed. The service was super fast, too! They were here and gone in record time but managed to do all their work nicely.

They did an excellent job in cleaning our gutters and cleaning up the debris that was cleaned out of the gutters. They were very efficient, got here within the time frame they said, immediately started working, cleaned up, and left their door hanger after job was complete. We will definitely use this company again and most like for more services they offer.

Very pleasant and informative on the phone. They said they would come within a week, And they arrived in only two days. They gathered all the rotted leaves and placed in two garbage bags so as not to be too heavy to pick up. Very reasonable price. Will definitely use them again in the future!
