We had cleaned our house of all its contents and it was severely filthy with dust, debris, mold, insects and other waste. This team came into the house and cleaned it thoroughly from top to bottom. Literally, they even cleaned the ceiling. I did a walk-through when they were finished and they thoroughly cleaned anything that I pointed out to them. They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend hiring this company for your deep cleaning needs.

I would definitely recommend this company. Besides being pleasant to deal with, they are very accommodating. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy, and I really appreciated that.

Palmetto Commercial Services is truly impressive! I had a bit of an emergency and was unable to find a company to help. Someone suggested that this company does a lot of unique cleaning services so I did some research and found that they did exactly what I needed. Each person was patient and understanding and made me feel like they could handle getting the work done. The cost was much less than I expected and they take credit cards too. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I know they can handle it.

I contracted Palmetto Commercial Services to remove some furniture and etc., as I was moving. They were 2 minutes early, extremely professional, very courteous, and efficient! I worried it would be an ordeal and quickly was impressed! Gosh, great experience thank you Palmetto Commercial Services!

They were able to visit me on the same day I called and stsrted the next day. They were fast and did an excellent job cleaning my entire home! They took all of the donations out and the trash too. I would use them again.

My experience with Palmetto Commercial Services leaves me with just one regret: I am limited to only 5 stars. After I was finally able to rid my house of the multitude of cats that had taken up residence there (long story, don't ask), I was appalled at the devastation they had wrought and I knew the cleanup job would require not just professionals, but super-heroes.

Enter Mike, Brian and Kat. Although they arrived in a truck instead of a jet helicopter and wore corporate t-shirts and not capes, they CHEERFULLY AND WITH GUSTO (caps lock intentional!) leapt into action with a skill and enthusiasm I frankly did not expect from a "cleaning service" - I almost expected to hear a rousing orchestral soundtrack. Going far beyond the merely "professional" and "courteous", they seemed genuinely happy to be there doing what they were doing.

I was particularly impressed by their punctuality; despite the fact that my house is out in the country several miles from anywhere, they arrived at EXACTLY the time they said they would. They did everything from scrub the toilet to wrangle heavy furniture and left the house not only looking but smelling as though nary a cat had ever set its paw inside the door. Highly recommended? Yer durn tootin' they're highly recommended.

Talk about an amazing job they did. We had to push our real estate closing because the other company did not finsh the job. We called Mike and his team and they finished the next day so we can closed. Thank for a wonderful job and we highly recommend you guys.

We called Mike Young and his team and they came out same day. Explained how they would clean and did exactly what they said they would. I would continue using him for ever. What an excellent service! My realtor suggested cleaning out my shed and yard before listing my home, so I did some research and found Palmetto Commercial Services. I work a lot so I wasn't able to meet for a bid so I texted some pictures. They sent me a written quote and cleaned out the shed and yard without me being home. It was very easy and convenient.

After reviewing pictures and speaking with the owner, I hired Palmetto Services to deep clean my home. They did a wonderful job and even worked on a Saturday. They even referred me to 2 local house cleaning companies to help maintain the home each week

I have a rental property in Lexington and my "perfect" tenants left it a mess. Apparently paying on time doesn't mean they will clean the house. They left trash, fast food, magazines, old furniture, several televisions, cat and dog urine and feces, and rotten food throughout the house. I met with Mike at Palmetto Services on Sunday and they sent out a crew the same day. They are the best!

I met with 3 companies to downsize my mothers house after she fell. Mike met with me the same day i called and completed the job in 2 days (the other comoanies tokd me it would take a week). The girls were wonderful to work with too. The bill was 1/3 of the other quotes. I highly recommend this team
