I had them clean a sofa and loveseat so I could sell it. It looked brand new after they got done.so we decided to keep them and a family member gets free furniture! We had our tile and carpet done today by NaturalDry Carpet Cleaning. If I can find a way to post pictures on here I will! It was a great job. The tile was literally black when we bought the home from so much oil and grease on it. These guys did a fantastic job, you can actually see white grout lines now. The carpet cleaning was excellent. Overall very good experience.

Funny story, they cleaned my carpets back in 2017 and absolutely loved the service of the workers as the cleaning of of my carpets. I just moved into the house and the previous renters must of had pets because there was a strong stench of pet odor especially on the stairs. Everything came out amazing and smelling fresh. I have been trying to remember who I used and finally found them after looking on and off for 3 months. I'm very happy to have found them and will be calling them back to have my carpets cleaned in the near future.

I had my carpets cleaned about a month ago. This company is absolutely amazing, from the beginning of getting your quote, to them arriving to your home promptly, to them explaining what type of cleaning solutions they are using and the purpose of them, the 2 gentleman that clean my carpets were absolutely professional and courteous! I will only use this service going forward. Also they didn't try to up sale me, which I loved. They were straight to the point when it came to how much the service cost.

I can't recommend these guys more. I called to set up an appointment and they gave me all of the info for the appointment day over the phone. They set a time range they'd be there and were a bit late due to another job taking longer than expected but I was called ahead and advised of this. When Ben and James (the gentleman Ben was training) arrived, they explained everything and got to work.

My carpets were in BAD shape and they made them look new again!! I had bad pet stains from very stubborn pups and you can't even tell anymore! They did recommend cleaning twice a year and I will definitely be calling these guys back!

They are hard working perfectionist that get the job done. I had a condo that I leased out and the carpet was bad, bad, bad. They made it look 100% better than it was. They were very personable and gave me carpet care tips for my own home. Lastly they are reasonably priced. Keep up the good work. We will be back!

Over all great customer service. They called and said they was going to be a few hours late for my appointment and was nice enough to give me a 35 dollar credit towards my cleaning they just left. As of right now I am highly satisfied. The two men was very friendly and helped me with my needs as we just bought a home that the previous owners had cats and had horrible smells but I am finally hopeful for the first time in 5 months that my issue has been resolved.

Will Saring, NaturalDry Carpet Cleaning did an incredible job. We've had our carpets cleaned before, but they never looked this good. The products Will uses are pet friendly which is important to our dog. And the carpets seemed to dry faster. Will really knows his business and is super friendly and professional. Saw a post online for this company about a week ago and the reviews were all excellent. Just bought our 1st home and needed the carpet cleaned, so I called NaturalDry. My wife and I were pleased with the service. So I booked them again for the old home as well. The carpet cleaning services and the technicians deserve every penny charged. Which isn't an outrageous outrageous amount. Carpets were dry in no time, just like they say. Plus, they really focus on those tough spots.

Ive used them several times for urine extraction. They do a wonderful job... my elderly dogs have accidents and they use a non toxic enzymes that get the smell and stains right out!!Definitely worth the money!

Let me start by saying that I hate carpet! I've always had pets and carpet has always been trouble. I've tried many carpet cleaning services and nothing compares to the level of clean after using Natural Dry. My carpet feels and smells like new! Usually after My carpets are soak and wet and don't feel clean at all. So happy I went with this company.
