I have been using Diamond Carpet Care for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service.They do an excellent job cleaning not only my carpets but my sofas and patio furniture as well. The customer service is great from the owner Bill when I call as well as the workers that have come to my house. The price is always exactly as quoted. I have recommended them to several people over the years. They are a great family owned business right here in Orange. Definitely give them a try!

Professional, timely, and friendly. Diamond Carpet Care did a great job cleaning my designer rug quickly and thoroughly at a reasonable price (much less than it would have cost to replace the rug entirely). They explained the cleaning process and gave recommendations on further cleanings, should it be necessary. I would definitely recommend this company!

I am very impressed by Diamond Carpet Care. In June, I called Diamond Carpet Care for some urgent upholstery cleaning. Bill was very professional and helpful in explaining the process and services needed as well as competitively beating other companies quotes. When the technician prepared the bill, the quote he gave over the phone was higher then what I was charged. Hoorah as I am always needing to save a few $$$ here and there. Andrew, the technician, was super nice and did an awesome job!

So I needed my couches cleaned again and but this time I needed the carpet as well. I called Bill and he gave me the same price as last time for the couches and quoted me an affordable estimate for the carpet cleaning with pet treatment. We have a new puppy and I knew that this job was more than our Little Green carpet cleaner could handle. Andrew came out again, treated the soiled areas and washed the carpets.

We were pretty happy until a couple hours later the smell of the area where the puppy had soiled started to come back. Overnight the smell because stronger and stronger. My husband called and Bill came out the next day to treat this stubborn stain free of charge! A very good company all around to do business with. Thanks.

I have used a few carpet companies and none of them were as good as Diamond Carpet Care. I called them for a party I was hosting and needed immediate cleaning. I reached out to the owner and he said he could come out and give an estimate and if I agreed to the quote, he would fit me in the same week! When he looked over the quote and gave me the total damage I was in shock over how low it was!

I mean...how is it even possible that his rates are this competitive?! I thought there was a catch somewhere but after the job I was shocked how clean the carpets were! Some of the stains the companies before weren't able to get out. He also found a leak (totally out of the scope of his work) that needed repair in the house! He's just a good guy. We will definitely use them again.

We had such a good experience with Diamond Carpet Cleaning when they last cleaned our carpet in 2011 that we didn't hesitate to contract their services again in 2016. Bill, the owner, made a special accommodation to meet a stringent time requirement and was wonderful to charge a most reasonable, even generous price for his services. Diamond's technician, Daniel, arrive on time, was extremely diligent and very pleasant to deal with. We would not hesitate to use Diamond again or to recommend them to others.

Bill was very fair and honest, and provided excellent service. I had a 40 oz beer explode in my car, and it soiled the rear carpet horribly. Bill took the smell out, and did it quickly without any hassle. I'd recommend Bill - family owned and operated, top notch service.

I have used Diamond Carpet Care 2x this year and so far I have been very satisfied with their service. I have a home full of kids who can't help spilling drinks, running around with dirty shoes, dropping food all over the place, and not to mention the husband ! Anyways -they do a great job at getting the stains out and I never see the stains re-appearing. Both times they were either on time or early which is also a huge plus. I will definitely be using them from now on to clean my carpets!

This is my 2nd time using Diamond Carpet Care in the last 2 years. I really like Bill- hes friendly and professional. I had a little problem nailing down the time of service and while he ran a little late- Austin the technician was friendly and wonderful to deal with. He did a great job on my carpets and sofa. I would recommend Diamond to others.

They did a great of cleaning 2 floors worth of well worn carpets. They got dirty the next day but they came out for free to clean it up. These guys do great work and have a good work ethic. Keep it up!

Bill has cleaned carpet for all of my Property Mgmt Accounts and is the BEST in OC! If he says he can do it, he can! We have had two of our personal homes carpets cleaned and LOVE Bill's work. We would recommend his company to anyone.

I called last week to get an estimate, and spoke with Bill. He asked me a couple of questions, and then gave me an estimate to clean my employer's marble/tile kitchen floor, which was exactly the amount we were charged. We then set up an appointment for the following week. Two very nice, professional guys showed up right in the time frame that they gave us (Cody and Josh).

They looked everything over and got right on the job. It was a very hot day, and they had to drag all of their equipment up and down the steep driveway. They did an excellent job & cleaned up everything when they were done. They even hand-dried the floor. The end result looked awesome! We would highly recommend this company, and will use them in the future for tile, carpeting, etc. Fullerton, CA
