I had my large living room rug cleaned and was very pleased with the result. It looked terrible with several spots and was in need of a proper cleaning. It look great when it was returned to us. I'm happy to recommend this company.

Update: After my initial review, I was contacted by the owner to help rectify the situation. He listened to my concerns and decided to take my rug back and try to reclean it. They tried their best without ruining my rug, which is all I can ask for. I appreciate their efforts and their great customer service. All of my interactions with the owner himself and his delivery guys were pleasant.

I would use this company again. Initial review: My rug didn't come out as clean/stain free as I would like but they were very nice to work with. They were accommodating and were able to pick up my rug the same day.

Amazing Service! I wish there was a 10 star option. Mr. Smith and his team exceeded every expectation I had prior to contacting them. I chose to call Mr. Smith because of all his 5-Star reviews and was still amazed at his astonishing level of professional, customer service and industry expertise. The rug in need of cleaning is a monster, 12X18 and very heavy.

I had a pleasant experience at one of his competitors about 10-years ago, prior to Smith opening. Mr. Smith was familiar with his competition and spoke kindly of them. He was so knowledgeable and professional, choosing him was easy. They worked within time frame, explained their fee schedule and all the possible variances. They were gracious on the pick up window and even helped coordinate the shipping.

They cleaned eleven carpets for me, all quality Afghan or Iranian vegetable-dyed quality, that I treasure and they did a superior job. Mr. Smith and staff did an excellent job cleaning my extremely dirty and somewhat fragile rug, after I had spilled a mug of hot cocoa on it, which had dried up. It also contained years of ground-in dirt and I wasn't sure the rug was even worth cleaning. They managed to give it new life and all the stains came out! They are professional, friendly, and provide excellent customer service.

I also really appreciated watching the videos on their website, which taught me a lot about handmade rugs. I will absolutely use them again; they know what they are doing and are reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Every so often you need to blindly pick someone out of a slew of candidates to get the job you need done. That's what happened when I chose Smith's Carpet Cleaning. It was the best choice I could have made. Just when you start to loose faith in others, you meet a Peter Smith. He is honest, hard working and very capable at his job. A couple of weeks back I contacted Pete from Smith's Fine Rug Cleaning to clean one of my wife's favorite rugs. We were in the process of moving and the rug was extremely dirty. It lays in our family room which is a high traffic area. I had originally thought we would simply need to replace it, But Pete assured me that I would be very pleased.

WOW!

Little did I know that what Pete told me would be 100% accurate! Pete called me a couple of days later (when I had expected like a week) and asked if I wanted to pick it up, or get this, he offered to deliver it back to me! It was my first experience cleaning a rug with Pete, but I will definitely go back with other rugs, and refer my friends to them as well.
