Harvey does a nice job of hiring, communicating and working with his staff. He insists on high standards and it shows. Over the years, I've had several different staff people from Nook & Cranny clean my house and each one has done an excellent job. They are always friendly and personable. Special requests are also honored, which I really appreciate. I recommend Harvey and his team highly.

I utilized Nook and Cranny Maid Service for a regular house cleaning and was a very satisfied customer. They're almost always on schedule and if there were ever any changes, these were communicated ahead of time. The quality of cleaning is great - the cleaners put in the extra effort, even changing linens, taking out the trash, along with various surprises along the way (think hotel-like tissue paper folding, organizing coffee table books, etc.).
The cost may be a touch higher than others in the area, but in my opinion it's worth it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a regular house cleaner and I will be utilizing this service again in the future!

I wanted to have my house professionally deep-cleaned for the first time ever prior to a family visit. Harvey, the owner, did a thorough walk through of my home going over every detail of what the clean would entail. The quoted price was very fair. The day of the clean went super smoothly, the woman who cleaned was really nice and did an excellent job. Harvey did a post-cleaning walk through to make sure everything was done well. I was extremely impressed with the level of detail and professionalism of everyone I interacted with at Nook & Cranny. I would definitely use them again!

We recently moved back into our house that we rented for 4 years and needed someone to clean on short notice. Harvey was able to arrange same-day service. The person who cleaned was very thorough and professional and did a great job. We were impressed that Harvey came over to inspect the quality of the work. The job was too big to complete in one afternoon. We were more than happy to arrange for a follow up appointment to complete the deep clean. We highly recommend Harvey's cleaning service.

Harvey had his team perform a move-in cleaning for me and did a spectacular job. He did a walk-through of my new home and gave me a quote and time, which he was able to push forward at my request so that we could move in sooner. His cleaning crew made the house spotless for our move in, and communicated accurately when they would arrive, what they would do, and when they had finished. Highly recommend.

I normally do not write reviews but felt compelled to memorialize my first experience with Nook & Cranny. I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the experience. Harvey is extremely gracious, professional and a pleasure to work with. And Kimberly is not only an excellent and conscientious cleaner, she is also very pleasant and personable and I felt very comfortable having her in my home. We've been using Nook and Cranny Maid Services for about a year and they are wonderful! Reliable, professional, and, best of all, compassionate! When my regular cleaner couldn't show up and I needed the house cleaned before my in-laws came to take care of the house while I was traveling, Harvey Siskin moved heaven and earth to get a substitute cleaner in that same day--and once again, that cleaner blew us away with how beautiful she left our house. Harvey and the cleaners at Nook and Cranny are extremely professional and easy to work with. They have been cleaning our house for years and the service has been fantastic. Harvey worked out a flexible schedule for us, leaves a voice message reminder the week ahead of a cleaning and calls to check in every few months to ensure service is meeting expectations. We also have a little dog and our house, and the cleaners are great with him! I would highly recommend Nook and Cranny.

I hired Nook and Cranny to do a deep clean after we had some renovation work done at our house. First of all, Harvey (I believe he is the owner) responded to my inquiries very quickly and professionally. He came out to our house to give us an accurate quote on the services we were requesting. I had a specific list of items I wanted cleaned, and, after he reviewed the list, he assured me the items would be addressed by his cleaning staff in addition to other areas he recommended needed addressing.
Now to the cleaning staff: two wonderful women came out to clean the house after I scheduled the service with Nook and Cranny. The women were extremely friendly and hard-working. I felt very comfortable with them at my house. They also did a fabulous job.they addressed all of the issues on the list I had given to Harvey, and they did the additional work as well, which made my house that much more enjoyable when I returned home from work. I intend to use Nook and Cranny in the future, and, based on this one experience, I would recommend Nook and Cranny.

I found Nook and Cranny Maid Service after a quick online search. I've had another big name company clean for me before and I didn't feel like they did a good job. They got the surface, but that's about all. I gave Harvey and his team at Nook and Cranny a try and am so glad I did. Harvey came out to my house and did a quick walkthrough with me and provided costs and frequency recommendations.
We had the initial cleaning a couple of weeks later and have had three biweekly cleanings since then. Oh, my! They do such a good job. The house sparkles when Sophia is finished. She is awesome! I cannot say enough good things about the cleaning. She spends about four to four and a half hours each time at my house (2,200 square feet) and does such a good job.
She gets to work as soon as she arrives (which is always on time!) and is careful as she works. I haven't had any concerns with her being in my home, with or without me here. I highly recommend Nook and Cranny for anyone who needs their home cleaned and maintained!

We used Nook & Cranny to clean the house we were getting ready to move into. The home needed a lot of scrubbing and detail cleaning and they did a great job at making it look great for the price we paid. I enjoyed that the business owner, Harvey, did a walk through before to get a realistic look of the work needed and then quoted us appropriately and then called the next day to follow up and make sure the maid did a good job. We were very pleased with the service Nook & Cranny provided. It's nice to find a service that actually does what they say they will do :
